Ended April:154.4 Goal for May: get out of 150's. Start toning up :-)

5/1-DD 155.2 total fast, have done seval of these lately, these are definately getting easier!

5/3-DD 152.0...artificiallow..My husband and I have been up since 3 am super sick to our stoamch...thinking possible food poisioning blehhh.
5/4-UD 151.8 stomach is still not feeling thegreatest
5/5-UD 152.6 did another up day today just because I was feeling deprived from the sickness

5/10-DD 152.8 Had a LARGE mexican Dinner,chips ,salsa,margaritas, it was AMAZINGGGGG... Mexican food is my ultimate favorite! I love me some spicy food!!! did a complete fast today to hopefully help the effects of my late night fiesta!!

5/30-UD 148.6 feeling pretty good about this month considering I have been doing 4-3 (unintentionally, but life happened that way) and still have been losing, going to get try and be better with strict rotations to get the last of the weight off so i can enjoy the maintenance life

5/6 - Hey all! Just wanted to let you know I'm still here cheering you on, but I'll be taking a break from the scale for the next week or so. I had 2 UDs (not quite UUAD but definitely unrestricted UDs) in a row, TOM is coming any day now, and I just feel bloated and puffy. My clothes are fitting but I feel huge. So I'm not going to look at the scale until TOM is well gone. Just a little mental health break, IYKWIM!

5/13 - 214.5 - DD (686) I'm happy with this considering increased DD cals and a no-counting Mothers Day yesterday.
5/14 - 212.0 - UD (2004) Now we're talking...

5/16 - 211.0 - UD (1994) Lowest UD I've had in awhile and I was very satisfied.
5/17 - 211.5 - DD (735) Higher number freaks me out, but I feel so much better.

5/26 - DNW - UUAD (3277) Lots of good holiday food and wine.

Thanks Chris, I burnt the midnight oil last night reading your and SlowSure's thread (can't find it now!) about exercise and calorie restriction. Fascinating stuff! Thank you both.

Cindy, it's up to you, but I always count the end of the month as the day after the last DD, whether it's the 1st or the last day of the month. So if today, May 31st, was a DD for me, I'd count my June 1st weight as my end of May weight, if that makes sense. Either way, you definitely made goal.

Flossyliz- down after an up day, so I know more vacation fun pounds are going to come off tomorrow! Nice work!

June will be better for net losses, but I see this month as a huge success for you! I'm counting my loss from the 213.7 weight on 5/1 (after DD) because the last weight in April was after a UUAD and is kind of artificially high. That makes a 6.7 loss for the month, with 5 of those pounds lost AFTER I started increasing my DD calories on 5/15 for the last two weeks of the month. This is my third best monthly loss in my nine months on JUDDD. Losses for the last four months have ranged from 1.6 to 4.7.

Thanks Christina! Speaking of huge successes, your May loss is fantastic after battling slowly the last few months! I'd say we can both call the maintenance break a huge success!
