Goal for May - Get as close to Onederland as possible. Starting out the month experimenting with three-day rotations (DD-MD-UD) with a calorie range of DD - <450/MD 1200-1350/UD 2000-2300.

5/1 - 213.7 - MD (1325 - 518 exercise calories burned)
5/2 - 213.6 - UD (goal 2000-2300 calories + walking)

I'm doing LC JUDDD this month. Possibly following PirateJenny's MUDDD tweak to make my DD's easier. And hopefully making my bounces less severe, because I get upset easily

Back down to Sunday's weight this morning. This seems to be my pattern with 4:3, up all week after my two UD's on Sunday and Monday. I was really surprised to see the gain after Tuesday DD though.

Great Job Melinda, while I was gone! I have lot of catching up to do. I put on a whopping 11 lbs in 4 weeks!

If you've been flying, I wonder how much of that 11lbs is disrupted water weight rather than indicative of consuming a surplus 38,500kcals over the month? I hope that things stabilise for you within a reasonable timescale.
