Almost been a month on 4:3 and I weighed today and pretty much STILL the same. I was 180.6 when I started and was 180.2 today

Not sure what else I could do--been counting--even on UDs, been walking a brisk 45 min a day, almost no wheat or sugar (maybe 1 cookie once a week) etc...

Still going to stick with it though...adding in a Kettle Bell workout starting today. Maybe I need to build muscle to burn the fat off???

Hey everyone!!!
I'm back!!! After a whirlwind 15 day vacation I'm happy to say the scale hasn't been too bad to me. I think the 308 was a bounce and had I weighed again before I left I'm sure it would've been up a little bit from that. But I was shocked to come home and see just a slight gain from that. Looks like I'm defineitely going to end May a little below my goal of 314.

Hi guys! I miss you all my JUDDD BUDDDS!!! I just wanted to post here and say goodbye (just for a few weeks) Around the middle of this month, I stopped weighing myself every day, and also got off of JUDDD due to some stress I was dealing with. Anyway, I want to drop weight a little quicker now, so I've decided to give HCG a try. Then, in between my rounds of HCG, I will do JUDDD for maintenance (I think a few other people do this) So I will see you all very soon!!!

5/13 149.6 Losing even with TOM

5/22 153 It’s been a bad week since I last weighed. I had an MD, a not so great DD, then 3 UD’s. I had a good DD yesterday so some of the extra weight is coming off. Guzzling water this week and planning to stay right on my UD calories and very low DD’s to help get back on track.
5/24 150.2 Downward…YES! to make my May goal!
5/26 149.2 New low!
5/28 151 My normal bounce after a new low and a bit too much sodium and carbs on my UD.

5/30 150.6 I don’t think I’ll make my May goal unless I have one heck of a DD tomorrow. This month has been more challenging but only because I have had a couple of travel weekends and twice I had three UD’s in a row. It’s not JUDDD that is a challenge…it’s life.

Thanks Cindy! I'm quite pleased with my results thus far and if it weren't for the wedding in July I would try to go with the flow a bit more. I've lost 14lbs and 8 inch mostly from my waist which is exactly what I wanted for my dress. The goal I wanted to reach before the wedding is between 140 and 145 so we'll see, I have 7 weeks...I'll be happy to be solidly in the 140's and worry about the rest after the wedding.

Today will be my 3rd DD on maintenance break. Not only have I got the migraine but I'm still dealing with the 2 broken teeth and crocked knee from earlier this week, and I had several weight training personal bests last night. (In the first day of a migraine, if I pack my head and neck with ice-packs, I can make some lifts but obviously nothing that involves bending nor anything above shoulder level.)

Overall, I've no idea what my weight is and feel it may be artificially inflated by current injuries, repair work and woes. But, it does look like having reached my target on May 25, I then lost it although I know that I haven't really as I've not eaten an extra 10,500kcals. But, there it is, it looks like I lost 0.2lbs this month.

Best wishes to all those who today and my respect to those who don't see what they want nor what they should theoretically expect but persevere/come up with a sensible strategy.
