So I'm not going to look at the scale until TOM is well gone. Just a little mental health break, IYKWIM!

Got back yesterday and just skimmed through this thread. Some amazing losses and impressive maintaining has been going on in my absence.


It was a great holiday, just the relaxing break we needed.
However, the effects of white bread and salty resort food will probably take a few DDs to shift.

Overall, I've no idea what my weight is and feel it may be artificially inflated by current injuries and woes.

Best wishes to all those who today and my respect to those who don't see what they want nor what they should theoretically expect but persevere/come up with a sensible strategy.
