I've always said I don't like to run, but now I think that was just because I didn't think I could, it is actually fun and I enjoy beating my best time and challenging myself to improve.

5/7 153.8 Weekend out of town and had planned MD-UD-DD but it turned into three UD’s and gained 5 lbs from those three days. I've lost 3.8 of those 5 lbs but I always bounce up some on a UD but hopefully not too much today so I can get back down after my next DD.

5/22 153 It’s been a bad week since I last weighed. I had an MD, a not so great DD, then 3 UD’s. I had a good DD yesterday so some of the extra weight is coming off. Guzzling water this week and planning to stay right on my UD calories and very low DD’s to help get back on track.

5/1 DD - 206 - 538 - Walking 6 miles
5/2 UUAD - 204.8 - 3760+ rest day
5/3 DD - 207.2 - 458 - 7.25 mile jog/walk
5/4 UD - 202.8 - 3408? - 6 mile walk
5/5 DD - 205.6 - 684 - weight lifting/cardio at the gym and then an evening 2 mile walk
5/6 UD - 204 - 2383 - Rest Day
5/7 DD - 205.6 - 469 - Rest Day
5/8 UD - 203.8 - 2589 - Weight lifting and cardio
5/9 DD - 203.2 - 440 - 5 mile walk
5/10 UD - 200.8 - 2700 (used google and panda express for the calories for the Chinese food), only 30 minutes of walking
5/11 DD - 201.4 - 481 - 1028 calories burned at the gym according to my heart rate monitor, 35 minutes elliptical and 45 minutes weight lifting
5/12 UD - 200.8 - 3599- 7.6 mile run/walk, the fastest average I've had so far at 4.9mph, heart rate monitor calculated 1354 calories burned, but that might be off because I still had my weight at 215 in the app.
5/13 DD - 202 - 412 - Rest Day
5/14 UD - 201.8 - 2381 - Rest Day
5/15 DD - 202 - 387 - Cardio and weight lifting (700 calories burned)
5/16 UD - 199.4 - 2479 - Cardio and legs (600 calories burned)
5/17 DD - 201.8 - 819 - 7.3 mile walk (960 calories burned) Kind of a high DD, but I needed some extra protein.
5/18 UD - 199.4 - 3542 - Cardio and weight lifting (877 calories burned), so many carbs today, and wings .
5/19 DD - 202.2 - 618 - rest day
5/20 UD - 200.2 - 2385 - Short 3 mile walk
5/21 DD - 200 - 622 - 4 mile walk
5/22 MD - 197.6 - 1683 - rest day
5/23 UD - 197.2 - 2452 - another busy day that became a rest day
5/24 DD - 197.2 - 802 - cardio and weight lifting (752 calories burned)
5/25 UD - 196.6 - 3946 - 5.5 mile walk/run (817 calories burned)
5/26 UD - DNW - ???? - went for an early morning run for 7.7 miles (1340 calories burned) - calories unknown, ribs, brownies, roasted potatoes, peach cobbler, sushi..too much
5/27 DD - DNW - 603 - 7.6 mile run (1384 calories burned)
5/28 UD - 199.4 - 2801 - weight lifting at the gym (590 calories burned)
