Back to the "magic" of JUDDD! My goal for May is to stick to my rotations/calories..... The weight loss will come!

05/01 DD 245.4
05/02 MD 244.2 Need Sunday to be an up day, so doing MD to change rotations
05/03 DD 243.6 Changed yesterday's MD to UD..will do DD today and MD tomorrow.
05/04 UD 242.0 Will decide as day progresses if today is UD or MD. Really need tomorrow to be UD. Having Fish Fry at church.
05/05 DD 243.4 After weigh-in this morning, decided to go with dd instead of ud. Wish me luck on not going overboard! Got my Ptero on Friday...today will be a good test for it!
05/06 UD 243.2 Started yesterday off doing really well..ended up eating a few chips and salsa and some watermelon before bed (late, late bedtime. Sat up reading). Still ended up with 2.2 loss for the week!

05/08 UD 241.0
05/09 DD DNW Yesterday ended up being UUAD! Couldn't face the damages. Altho, they usually turn up a couple of days later. I'll see what happens tomorrow!

You are doing great yourself krazy! Re: low DDs, it just works better for me, honestly. I learned right off the bat that I am hungrier when I chew on something. It is just easier for me to fast. I wish I could say there was something in particular that helped, but if there is, I can't think of anything. I do drink coffee all morning with a splash of skim milk in it (those are usually my only calories) and notice that if I have to miss that, I am hungrier! Are your DDs difficult? What are your calories like? Whatever you are doing is working!

If you feel adequately nourished to do the hack I'd say plan for 5 and see how you respond.

Hi all, Im back!! Havent been the best judder in the world the last few weeks...lets just say life got in the way but am much more focused again now thank goodness....will weigh myself in the next couple of days...would like to have maintained but we will see!! My goal for May will be to get to 219 or under as Ive been hoping to get there for some time...I ended March at 220.
