Back to the "magic" of JUDDD! My goal for May is to stick to my rotations/calories..... The weight loss will come!

05/01 DD 245.4
05/02 MD 244.2 Need Sunday to be an up day, so doing MD to change rotations
05/03 DD 243.6 Changed yesterday's MD to UD..will do DD today and MD tomorrow.
05/04 UD 242.0 Will decide as day progresses if today is UD or MD. Really need tomorrow to be UD. Having Fish Fry at church.
05/05 DD 243.4 After weigh-in this morning, decided to go with dd instead of ud. Wish me luck on not going overboard! Got my Ptero on Friday...today will be a good test for it!
05/06 UD 243.2 Started yesterday off doing really well..ended up eating a few chips and salsa and some watermelon before bed (late, late bedtime. Sat up reading). Still ended up with 2.2 loss for the week!
05/07 DD 243.2
05/08 UD 241.0
05/09 DD DNW Yesterday ended up being UUAD! Couldn't face the damages. Altho, they usually turn up a couple of days later. I'll see what happens tomorrow!

Maybe if you weren't standing next to your super slim, super tall children, you could see how small you're getting! IKWYM though, I had my pic taken Sunday with my bf and feel like I look huge next to him lol.

I suppose that might make me feel better, huh, LG? I have been photographed this month next to uber skinny friends and now, yes, my crazy thin, ridiculously growing hugely tall teens. I'm a glutton for punishment!!! That must be the reason I still look so big!

Still think I may have to reduce that goal weight. ANYHOO! Thanks sweet Dee Dee and LG!

Glad to see you staying with your low weights!!! I hope the dreaded water weight doesnt show its ugly face!!!! I know how horrible migranes are, up until I started a daily preventative medication abouta year ago I was getting them 3-4 times a month :-( it was hard to even function!!!

I tried 5:2 and 4:3 and started gaining so I am back to EOD which I find pretty easy to do. I only raise my DD calories if I do a potato DD. I tend to go overboard on UD's so the lower DD's keep my weight in check. If I ever got my UD's under control I could raise my DD calories but I am not there yet. And I don't mind the low calorie DD's. My UD calories are only supposed to be 1550 so that is pretty low in my opinion. I have yet to eat that few calories on an UD.

I think I figured out my issue. I was grossly OVER estimating my UD calories. I am going to start tracking them again to see if that helps my losses. I ended up eating quite a bit yesterday when I usually fast. Still lost but I'm almost 3lbs higher than my low. So. Today I track.

5/12 UD - 200.8 - 3599- 7.6 mile run/walk, the fastest average I've had so far at 4.9mph, heart rate monitor calculated 1354 calories burned, but that might be off because I still had my weight at 215 in the app.

5/15 DD - 202 - 387 - Cardio and weight lifting (700 calories burned)
5/16 UD - 199.4 - 2479 - Cardio and legs (600 calories burned)
5/17 DD - 201.8 - On the Bounce! Kept it lowish carb yesterday but sodium was high plus a late night leg workout, so lots of water. Aiming for a good DD to get back below 200. Ultimately I'd like to be maintaining at a weight where no bounce goes above 200.

On the 14th, I had a protein packed breakfast, satisfied all day, no problem staying in calories, even slightly under. Yesterday, I had two donuts for breakfast. Calories similar, difference in hunger/satiety startling. Making a note of that. Felt hungry/unsatisfied all day. I had to guesstimate calories yesterday because went to a potluck and a cafe with no calorie counts, but I was so hungry I estimate I went a couple hundred over. Stupid donuts.

Tonight I'm chaperoning a prom with a dessert bar from 5pm to 11pm on my down day.
