I've another 1.2lbs to go for my 3lbs target this month. I might just about make it if the rest of the month goes smoothly and I don't have a 6lb water gain with my next scheduled migraine.

5/7 153.8 Weekend out of town and had planned MD-UD-DD but it turned into three UD’s and gained 5 lbs from those three days. I've lost 3.8 of those 5 lbs but I always bounce up some on a UD but hopefully not too much today so I can get back down after my next DD.
5/9 151.4 Doing a happy dance! New low! I have not seen this number on the scale in over 5 years!
5/11 150.8
5/13 149.6 Losing even with TOM
5/15 150.6 A gain after a good DD. Need to drink more water and end of TOM. Today is an MD and tomorrow is an UD so hopefully when I weigh Sat. after my next DD it won't be too bad.

Thanks for all your lovely comments ladies! I swing between being thrilled I'm coming back down, and irritated I'm still several pounds from my early month low. But overall, it's all good. My body is going to do what it wants, and I need to trust it right now.

I'm thrilled to see all the progess, new lows, new decades accomplished and right around the corner for my JBs!

So I'm not going to look at the scale until TOM is well gone. Just a little mental health break, IYKWIM!

5/13 - 214.5 - DD (686) I'm happy with this considering increased DD cals and a no-counting Mothers Day yesterday.

Tj....I was just noticing that you only had one UD in your whole months rotations besides your UUADs...just concerned that maybe you are getting way to few calories?? It could be possibly why you gained so much after the UUADs?? I know youve been doing this alot longer than me so im sure you know what your doing :-) I just know youve been having a roungh time and too few calories over long periods of time can really mess with your metabolism. Anyway...just a concerned fellow juddder!

5/12 UD - 200.8 - 3599- 7.6 mile run/walk, the fastest average I've had so far at 4.9mph, heart rate monitor calculated 1354 calories burned, but that might be off because I still had my weight at 215 in the app.
5/13 DD - 202 - 412 - Rest Day
5/14 UD - 201.8 - 2381 - Rest Day
5/14 DD - 202 - 387 - Cardio and weight lifting (700 calories burned)
5/15 UD - 199.4 - New Low! Keeping it low carb today and staying at my UD limit, probably going to the gym late today.
