Goal for May - Get as close to Onederland as possible. Starting out the month experimenting with three-day rotations (DD-MD-UD) with a calorie range of DD - <450/MD 1200-1350/UD 2000-2300.

4/30 - 216.x - DD (115 - 372 exercise calories burned)
5/1 - 213.7 - MD (1325 - 518 exercise calories burned)
5/2 - 213.6 - UD (2300)
5/3 - 213.3 - DD (411-359 exercise calories burned)
5/4 - 211.2 - MD (1253 - 214 ex. cals)
5/5 - 211.8 - UD (2356 - slightly over due to cinco de mayo fun, but not too far over)
5/6 - 212.7 - DD (352 + whatever calories from tiny tiny tastes of a meal I was preparing for a friend recovering from surgery)
5/7 - 213.1 - MD (1439 [accident - got bad calorie info] -239 ex cals = net 1200)
5/8 - 211.8 - UD (?? I had some things that I had to guesstimate, but I counted what I could and think I was in/close to my goal range)
5/9 - 212.1 - DD (goal <450)
5/10 - 211.8 - MD or UD ... need Sunday to be a UD.

Back to the "magic" of JUDDD! My goal for May is to stick to my rotations/calories..... The weight loss will come!

05/01 DD 245.4
05/02 MD 244.2 Need Sunday to be an up day, so doing MD to change rotations
05/03 DD 243.6 Changed yesterday's MD to UD..will do DD today and MD tomorrow.
05/04 UD 242.0 Will decide as day progresses if today is UD or MD. Really need tomorrow to be UD. Having Fish Fry at church.
05/05 DD 243.4 After weigh-in this morning, decided to go with dd instead of ud. Wish me luck on not going overboard! Got my Ptero on Friday...today will be a good test for it!
05/06 UD 243.2 Started yesterday off doing really well..ended up eating a few chips and salsa and some watermelon before bed (late, late bedtime. Sat up reading). Still ended up with 2.2 loss for the week!
05/07 DD 243.2
05/08 UD 241.0
05/09 DD DNW Yesterday ended up being UUAD! Couldn't face the damages. Altho, they usually turn up a couple of days later. I'll see what happens tomorrow!

Hey all!

I haven't been good about keeping track on here. But this is my final weigh in before my 16 day vacation. I was praying for just a small drop as I had gained a little on a vacation last weekend and TOM came to town. But I was NOT expecting anything like this. Is this even possible??? Honestly I think my scale is broken. Then again I have been hovering over the same small up and down numbers for 2 weeks now maybe my body just finally caught up?

I'm doing LC JUDDD this month. Possibly following PirateJenny's MUDDD tweak to make my DD's easier. And hopefully making my bounces less severe, because I get upset easily

am I doing something wrong? Its been 19 days since April 21 and I only lost around 3 pounds. I am not really exercising tho. I have been eating 200-300 calories on my DD and I really keep track on that.. I noticed that I have a big appetite on my UP too. So maybe I am being too dramatic.. my DH tell me that 1 lbs a week is great,

Ah, I get it. And I'm real glad everything is fine! The diet fatigue is very real. I'm feeling it a bit myself. I so want to keep losing, but I wonder if I need to just relax about it for a little while. More to come.....At any rate, enjoy your break!

Your DH is right. Keep doing what you are doing and you will succeed.

1lb a week is right on track!! they say average weight loss is 1-2 lbs. a week so your doing great!!

Thanks Hope and deedee. It was DH's aunt. Aged 93. She's had a good life but recently, with dementia, was more than ready to move on.

Alusiq, you're doing fine. I've only lost about 1lb a week, sometimes not even that. I don't exercise.
I started at about 150 and now I'm maintaining around 126 – and looking and feeling good, if I may say so myself!
Just be patient, take it a day at a time - and check out the non-scale victories threads.
