Was hoping to fast totally today but didn't happen. But I was able to go a lot longer than I have before and with NO BS issues which is awesome for me! In fact, not to get too off topic, but I'm starting to now think eating is causing my BS dips even when it's just protein. But I digress. :)

D: cup of steamed mix veggies and string bean chicken from Panda Express (stupid airport food court of bad choices!!!). I think 250 cal total for today

L: 4 oz roasted tukey, 1 pickle 145 cal
D: beet soup 56 cal

total 499 cal/10 gr carbs
