B - 2 eggs, Ezekial bread toast with butter and SF marmalade, coffee with HWC, 3 slices bacon
L - baked potato with LF cottage Cheese and Salsa
D - avocado and TBD
B: Coffee, Yogurt w/ bran
S: HB egg, ham slices
L: Lentil soup
S: Oatmeal, Coffee
E/S: P90X (Chest & Back / Ab Ripper) & Protein Shake
D: Burger on the grill w/ bread, green beans, tossed salad
S: Coffee, maybe some ice cream?
I'm having a really hard time wrapping my head around OVER 2000 calories...
B- bacon, eggs scrambled with bacon grease, cheese and CO, coffee with CO and HWC
L- mini pizza with pork rind crust
D- HB egg, tuna, mayo, mustard and relish all mushed together for a tuna salad type thing.
Snacks thru out the day- fat bomb, 1/4 C almonds, string cheese
B: Coffee/HWC, FF greek yogurt, grapenuts
L: 3 oz peanut butter
D: vodka gimlet, chili w/sour cream and cheese
Total around 2150
B: lamb burgers, cottage cheese, strawberries
L: salad (roasted turkey, lettuce, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, yogurt, mustard, EVOO), cottage cheese, blackberries
D: beet soup, scrambled eggs over steamed asparagus, pickles
total 1555 cal/62 gr carbs
