Hope you've all had a great weekend.

Only my second DD day, and the first whilst I'm at work so fingers crossed for me on this one.

Target: 500c

L: Slimfast Chocolate Shake
D: WW spaghetti on wholemeal toast

2ltr water
lots of Green tea!

B: slice of egg bake (120kcals) with 80g sardines (150kcals) and hot sauce (10kcals). Total=280kcals

I have a spare 37kcals so shall have Shirataki noodles in a lemongrass broth with DH when he has his dinner this evening. I still haven't quite got over the feeling that eating the majority of my kcalories at breakfast leaves me without a safety net for the day.

looks to be right at 435c I don't typically do days that low, so we will see if this works!

I am back in rotation after a planned three Up Days in a row. Looking forward to my Down Day, and planning on doing another Fat-Fast Down Day, so my menu looks like this:

Cheese

Hey, more cheese!

planning to do mostly a full fast today, with just a few cups of broth so 10-15 cals for me. I have my final weigh in for our biggest loser competition at work tomorrow,so lots of apple cinnamon water,and tea as well, try and hopefully get a little bit of a drop

I do enjoy wine, but this was a little overboard! Went to a friend's parents' house for dinner. His father ended up opening five (yes, five) bottles of wine throughout the course of the evening!! Split between five of us, that was about one bottle each. Needless to say, I was a little fuzzy this morning!

New to this board and this is my second down day!

b-coffee
snack- EAS chocolate fudge shake. 110 cals
lunch - EAS strawberry shake 100 cal
snack -hard boiled egg 78 cals/ miso soup 30 cal
Dinner- Atkins chocolate delight shake 160

Total- 478, I may have broth to bring it up to 500 cals.. .not sure if I'll need it yet.

I ended up loving the cottage cheese/strawberries so much that I had it twice. Only using 1/2 the strawberries each time. So with both those and the breakfast, I am at 304c

With the potato and such tonight, still around 435c

Hey Flutter! I am on these rotations because I was a bad girl.

So my cals today are:

4 oz carrots - 35
1 slice baloney - 25
LC french onion - 35
1 wasa cracker - 22

Plan on making chicken enchiladas for dinner...have boneless, skinless thighs in lime juice marinating...will serve with tomatoes, light cheese, salsa and light sour cream.

Hmmm... pretty hungry today. That's new because I'd been having DD's where I hardly felt like eating. But, anyway, here's what I've been having (usually eat the same old boring stuff)

B: Bulletproof coffee -- 100

Lunch -- 3 strips bacon and a tomato -- 100

Snack - iced coffee w/a tbsp of sugar free caramel machiatto creamer, 1 piece Gordon's tilapia -- 95

Dinner -- fish and green beans -- 110

maybe some sf Jello -- 10

so, totals of between 405 and 415 -- wow, feels like more.

Breakfast - 0 calorie Orange Mango fruit water
Lunch - 1 cup 60 calorie Progresso soup, 1 slice 45 calorie bread, 2 pieces of 15-calorie ham, and black raspberry fruit water - 135 total
Snack - 1 bag microwave popcorn - 90 (didn't eat it all)
Dinner - Same as lunch - 135
Snack - 70-calorie fudgesicle and maybe 10-calorie Jello.

Water, water, water!

Total - 440

Nan, the single fudgesicles are only 40 cals a piece. I need to get some more!

Decided to not do enchilladas because they are too costly (cal wise). Probably only a piece of chicken and black eye peas with 1/3 c. rice.
