I had a small shock today when the tuna packet I'd planned on simply wasn't in the drawer!
![]() Moral - always be sure you actually have access to the foods you plan to eat on a DD! I didn't intend to have a vegetarian day, but now it's worked out that way and that's okay. Other non-veg choices simply don't work into my calorie plan now that I'm down to fewer calories. I can adapt. ![]() half an apple oatmeal with teaspoon coconut oil half a Morningstar veggie sausage patty medium potato, fried in coconut oil right now that puts me at 450 calories I'm now debating the size of a mini banana sandwich that would take me to either 550 or 600, depending upon how mini.

My DD has turned in to a MD but it was ok considering I got to socialize with someone I would like to get to know better. BUT now my hunger is raging!! Why is it I can somehow control the hunger when I am purposely keeping it to 300 calories but have 800 calories and forget it!!! ARGH!

protein shake 0% greek yogurt w/ berries popcorn 8 pieces of little chocolates balls (25 cal) Today was rough. I seriously want to eat EVERYTHING tomorrow and I know I won't, come tomorrow.... why am I kind of disappointed by that? HAha |

L- mini peppers and celery with dip made from FF sour cream, FF cream cheese and salsa D- Salmon with walden farms ginger sesame dressing, baked shiratki angel hair alfredo (sauce from FF sour cream, FF cream cheese, Parmesan (fresh grated), nutmeg, pepper, head lettuce salad total 485 Very satisfying, thankfully, as I was quite hungry today. Looking forward to tomorrow! Sweet dreams! |
