L: maybe salad? with very little dressing. or just sliced cucumbers sprinkled with salt.
D: sliced fingerling potatoes, tossed with sliced onions, 1 tsp olive oil and baked until crispy.
B: Coffee - black
L: Grilled Chicken stir fry with spinach and salsa and hot sauce
D: Grilled Chicken stir fry with spinach and salsa and hot sauce
B: Coffee w/ French vanilla creamer
L: Yogurt w/ Bran
D: Chicken, veggies

I had a small shock today when the tuna packet I'd planned on simply wasn't in the drawer! :dunno:
Moral - always be sure you actually have access to the foods you plan to eat on a DD!
I didn't intend to have a vegetarian day, but now it's worked out that way and that's okay. Other non-veg choices simply don't work into my calorie plan now that I'm down to fewer calories. I can adapt. :cool:
half an apple
oatmeal with teaspoon coconut oil
half a Morningstar veggie sausage patty
medium potato, fried in coconut oil
right now that puts me at 450 calories
I'm now debating the size of a mini banana sandwich that would take me to either 550 or 600, depending upon how mini.
My DD has turned in to a MD but it was ok considering I got to socialize with someone I would like to get to know better. BUT now my hunger is raging!! Why is it I can somehow control the hunger when I am purposely keeping it to 300 calories but have 800 calories and forget it!!! ARGH!

Today was rough. I seriously want to eat EVERYTHING tomorrow and I know I won't, come tomorrow.... why am I kind of disappointed by that? HAha
