I know it's just water weight but...
 
Had my first DD that started Thursday and I broke the 36 hours at technically 5:00 this morning but didn't eat until 8:30. Anyway I weighed in today and lost 5 lbs!!!

OMGosh! CG that is fantastic! The water weight coming off is just the first step, and you have to get past that in the beginning, so you're well on your way! Talk about motivation to keep doing this!:jumpjoy:

Good luck!! I personally didn't find it that hard, I just did one meal that was 484 calories. If I got hungry I just drank water and did some excercise. 36 hours seems to be a lot longer when your not spending the day eating.

It also seems a lot longer when you're counting the hours till the next UD (like I do). :D

So true!!! On DDs, I often think "I have so much free time when I am not eating. I could totally solve world peace, global warming and write a novel! Just think of how much progress humanity could make if everyone did JUDDD!!! " Then, my UD comes around, I get eating and am too busy chewing to do any of that :rofl:
