My goal 500c

Have to figure out something for Dinner for DS14. He is doing great on JUDDD and I want him to eat when he gets home from work. He does 1000c DD's

2-3 cups Coffee with sugar free creamer
1-2 cups of broth

Cutting out all the sugar free candies I've been eating as I think they've been causing me terrible bloat even days after I eat them.

Liquids, liquids, liquids till mid afternoon. I have a clementine and some cherry tomatoes here at the office if needed along with some misc low cal items. Thinking maybe lox tonight or some buffalo shrimp in a cabbage stir fry. Shooting for 300-350 calories.

targeting the 450 range.

I've decided the abuse-via-carbs needs to stop (on UDs only, I've been good on DDs this week) and will just have my planned dinner tomorrow with a cousin coming into town of sushi, so plenty carby, but not going nuts with milk chocolate and other bad ideas.
The carbs aren't helping my emotional status (which is improving on it's own, slightly) and I'm not honoring my sweet girlie by gaining water weight, now am I? :annoyed:

Anyhoo, that's where I'm at.

I tried something different on my last Down Day- a fat-fast kind of menu. Liverwurst, mascarpone cheese, eggs with mayo. It worked well- very little hunger.

Today I am having a high-protein Down Day.
40z fish with 1t home-mayo. Repeat. Repeat again. Feeling the hunger more, but it is not unbearable, just annoying.

I've only had coffee w/ a splash of skim milk this morning. I planned to have my usual latte this afternoon, but I was busy and not that hungry anyways. At this point, I'm just going to drink some sobe water and call it good.

I am HUNGRY today. Heading home soon and need to get a work out in but I've already had about 140 cals today. Thinking today won't make it as a low, low DD. Oh well.

Busy, busy at work and didn't get my shake. I substituted 5 calories of coffee instead. Should end the day at 335.
