MD Tuesday - menu, please!
Hi all - I'm trying to skip breakfast but I am hungry after my DD, drat. I have to stay strong because I have a business lunch scheduled. Hopefully I can stick with a salad w some kind of protein and no dressing which should leave me a few hundred calories for something for dinner. Shooting for ~1100 cals today.

My meeting went better than expected, so I grabbed some cashews. I had approximately 400 calories' worth. This leaves me with around 1200-1300 calories for dinner and wine. Looking forward to it!

Started with both three day rotations and the potato hack yesterday. So today is a MD. Brought 605 grams of cold boiled potatoes with sea salt and rosemary with me to work today for a total of 527 cals. This should leave me with about 500 for the rest of the day. Feeling pretty good about it!

Changed my mind about switching to MDs. Even though I was not hungry per se, when I hit my MD alottment of calories (about an hour ago), I felt like I was cheating myself. I was feeling like part of the reason I started JUDDDing is that you get to eat alot EOD and it doesn't feel like a "diet."
I am scared that MDs feel sort of like deprivation and, for me, it seems like they are harder than both DDs and UDs. My experience with trying MDs for two days so far is that once I get started eating it is hard to stop at the "midpoint." I guess I will see how I do on regular EOD rotations for another couple of cycles. If I am still not losing, then I will switch it up and go to three day rotations. |

Feeling much the same way, dash. I think I will use today as an example of how I should behave on UDs...carefully. I think I will stick to eod as well for now.
