Ooh happy happy to your DH and have tons of fun!!!
Busy morning here so far. DS2 had a dental appt early, then I had to go save DH at the tire place and switch cars with him, wait for his to get done, come home and take DS2 back to school. Finally back! Was hungry in between those things and grabbed a egg mcmuffin & coffee. No clue on lunch or dinner. Spring is full of evening activities for the 3 kids so it's rough to plan in advance!

Well, so far today I've had 1,000 calories of breakfast and lunch (my magic number is 2100 -- and I can't BELIEVE how easy it is to hit it on an UD!) and I'm saving a full 1,000 for dinner. Why, you ask? Because it's at Burger Monger!!!
If you're not familiar, it's a gourmet burger joint that features kobe beef, and all sorts of yummy special toppings like camelized onions, balsamic tomotoes, etc...
According to the website's nutrition info, my fave burger combo (mushrooms, swiss and balsamic tomatoes, if you're curious!) and a small fries is an even 1,000. Yuuuuum. *rubs tummy in anticipation*

I am on a business trip so my choices are a bit limited but wow did I almost go way over!!
I am staying at a hotel with a breakfast bar in the morning and I gave in to one of my weaknesses (it being an UD and all...) and had a cinnamon roll. it was tasty but OMG it was 410 calories!!! for one cinnamon roll!!! Unfortunately I also ate a couple more things so my breakfast was a whopping 650.
lunch: buffalo chicken salad. (guessing at maybe 600ish with dressing?)
dinner: Applebee's weight watchers menu has a jalapeno lime shrimp dinner for only 300 calories. and then I gave in and had a dessert shooter - a tiny little thing with more calories than dinner. 370. total 670.
I came in just at my calorie limit for the day but possibly a bit over since parts of breakfast and lunch were best-guesses. The worst thing is being here, I don't have as much control over my choices and my DD tomorrow I hope I can keep to a MD!! (I can't do a DD- lunch AND dinner out tomorrow- blah).
