Had a grapefruit as a snack, and picked up lunch on the way home from my friend's. Quarter pounder with cheese and half of a strawberry and cream pie. That only leaves room for wine and 300 calories for dinner. I can live with that. :o

scalestepper 04-21-2013 04:19 PM

L - 3 pieces Long John Silver fish
D - part of a chicken breast, low carb ice cream

DD tomorrow

Fasted till about 3 PM but with a good workout this morning and too much caffeine I started to get shaky. I was at work and the only thing available was chocolate and chips. Ate those but then had a great dinner of wings and ribs and bread pudding. A little bit of each so kept in calories. Sounds greasy but it was a gourmet meal in a very nice place. Yum and NO UUAD!!!

hot-in-texas 04-21-2013 07:37 PM

Dinner was Mexican haystacks and coke-yum!

Librarygirl 04-22-2013 06:38 AM

I had to look up Mexican haystacks, Tex. :D It sounds like a taco salad, except for the rice. I think I might try that soon!!
