Keeping in mind what Dawn said (it *does* have calories), I find it in the refrigerated section of the dairy isle. Usually right with the regular butter and margarine. You could always ask a clerk or store manager if you are unable to find it.

I don't count the sprays, but I usually keep a bottle for months, so I know I'm not using much at a time.

Yes, it should be right with the butter/margarine if it's there at all. I can't even get it here in Nova Scotia, not even one brand. My MIL took a couple of bottles out for me from Ontario.

I can't get pork rinds either!!!

And I can't get diet crush cream soda here either!!!

I know it's not great for me anyway but it was sure tasty.

I must admit I dont even use the sprayer thingie, I open it up and drizzle a bit on my veggies

Like you said, its a few calories and ok for my down days, my up days are LC so I use real butter or margarine.

DD Sunday for me here and I'm enjoying it so far. Lovely morning with sunshine after the rain and I'm feeling energetic. Yay! So, I'm giving this early DD a 5 so far.

Today's a Monday DD. I'm ambivalent about it. I know I need it, but the hunger (head and physical) is going to be a nuisance. I'm going to make a point to get to the gym today. Haven't done that on a DD before, so I'll see how it goes. I'm not going to go crazy - either walk on an incline or the elliptical enough to get my heart rate up, but not totally fatigue me.

I feel excited about the week and determined to keep on with my goal. This morning I plan to walk for an hour and again this afternoon. Today is supposed to be sunny, so it will be a good day to get outside.

I plan to fast with black coffee and diet soda until dinner time when I'll have my usual salmon patty and broccoli.

Hope everybody has a great day!

My week is chock full of family birthday parties. Yesterday was my dad's 88th, tomorrow is DH's, and Saturday is my 6-yr-old niece. My down days need to be on the money! Feeling very motivated at the moment, no hunger. I took 50 mg pterostilbene and a glucommanan capsule this morning and will take another of the same midday. So far, so good. I'm usually pretty hungry by now.

Working on a "5" so far. Nothing but a mini-BPC for breakfast and water all morning after that. Going to have more coffee soon and then my yocheese thing after that. Not sure what's for dinner. Probably the lc blueberry cobbler thing.

It's past 3:30 and I'm at a 5+ so far. It's been one of my easiest DDs I can remember, no hunger today. Maybe it's all of the black coffee. I've already taken both of my walks and have a ton of energy. Hopefully the rest of the evening will be manageable, too.

HI!!
My DD is going well.
Much easier than my last one.
I had a 1/2 Can of Lite Progresso Soup about 11:30 and it is still holding me.
If I am hungry for supper I will have the other 1/2.
Right now Diet Coke is doing the trick.
I tried to give it up, but it really helps me.................................
The jury is out.
Hugs all around!!

Diet Coke is definitely one of my safety nets! Tried giving it up for awhile, but it's a favorite treat of mine, and with 0 calories, that makes it even better!

Thank you tay and deedee for the well wishes for my dad. He is an amazing guy, still driving, hears pretty well, plays tennis with some other men his age, has a more active social life than I do. He's my inspiration!

SS: Hope you are feeling better today.

DD for me on this April Fools Day! (AFD instead of ADF, ha!)

It's about a 4- as I would love to just munch on something after an intense cardio plus endurance workout at the gym.

Not real hunger though. It's head hunger. I just want to flop in front of the TV and snack like I used to do every day.

Instead I'm going to go wash my hair! Maybe that will bring me up to a 5. This day is going very slowly for some reason.

Resisted the munches. Kept busy. Made it to 5! Just had my protein shake and don't have much longer to go before an early bed time on this long, long DD. REALLY looking forward to tomorrow's UD. I rented "Frozen" and am going to watch it all by myself tomorrow! I bought it for my grandkids who had already seen it in theaters but everyone says I need to watch it.

DD #1 on the books! It was a 5++++. I didn't feel hunger at all, all day long, and actually felt like I could've gone without my dinner, but ate it around 7pm and totaled out at 502 calories. Glory be, I've still got it! Wheeeeeeee!

Waiting for the results from the recent tests - however, as those tests are mostly rule-outs for noxious diseases that I'm unlikely to have, I think I'll have to be referred for a different round of tests to investigate why this has happened and then it will be a separate issue (depending on those) as to what might be done about it.

Well done

For various social reasons, I ate more carbohydrate (and late) than I'd prefer yesterday so I shall be watching today to see what impact it has on my headaches or if it influences my DD.

So far, so good. I've already taken my first walk and plan another one in a few hours. Today I'm experimenting with an egg day and under 300 calories. Through the day I plan to drink green tea and water. Always tweaking...
