First DD in a while and I am at a 4 just now. Back from the gym where I had a soya cappuccino and shortly off to do some shopping. Just a but hungry at present but I shall have some water and that will pass.

So far, this DD is much better than Saturday's!
Probably because I'm at work, and busy... and I have a solid plan...

I'm running low on flavor for my water though, so I might end up drinking more coffee than usual until I get home. Unless I'm parched, plain water usually makes me feel more empty.

Today is a definite 5 so far. I have that calm and peaceful feeling. I had an 80 calorie greek yogurt for lunch. Planning salmon and broccoli for dinner. I've been drinking my coffee black today and don't seem as hungry as when I have cream.

I'm feeling the DD calm right now as well. Listening to soft music, drinking some hot lemon water and hanging out with the JBs. I'll give it a 5+.

I have to pack and be ready to head out the door at 5 pm for a 3 or 4 night trip. Not looking forward to packing so I'm putting it off until after noon.

Missing my DD calm today! My UUAD Saturday really screwed things up, because my Monday DD's are usually a breeze and today I'm just shaky and starving. Was yesterday too. Hoping a couple of rotations will get me back in the groove.

My DD is going pretty well. I have been hungrier than usual today though, which is never pleasant but definitely not an emergency. Planning to cook some chicken thighs for supper and will eat one or two. Looking forward to it!

Well, today was a 10! Just had a long, hot bath and heading to bed soon. I stuck with my plan for today perfectly and ended up with 281 calories. I feel great and not hungry at all.

5+. Had 2 T potato starch on an empty stomach this am and i held off eating until 6:30pm.
Had homemade fried rice (free the animal style) and couldn't even finish my portion. Maybe the rest will be my Bedtime snack! .

Tomorrow is my DD. And I have to go to my parents for a while and they're going to want to feed me! Sheesh! I can't tell them I'm not able to eat. They'll think I'm nuts. Lol

I'll be there at 12:30 and I can say I ate before I left home. I'll tell them dinner is in the crock pot because I'm leaving there about 4. I think I have it figured out!

My DD plan totally changed and I ended up at 417 calories. We are at this lovely hotel and have access to the "VIP Club" room where they serve lovely food and wine.

I had one small glass of white wine (98 calories), then I drank sparkling water with lime slices in it; 3 ounces of roasted chicken breast, romaine lettuce and two teaspoons of dressing and about 5 artichoke hearts. Hmmmm.... just realized I forgot to look up the calories on those, but I'm assuming it's small.

Anyway, looked everything up and entered it in to my calorie counter. My DD number is 400 so I didn't go over by much but I'm sooooooo used to having really low DDs lately. Kinda worried it will slow down my rate of loss but oh, well.

Tomorrow is an UD and it's going to be awesome all day long...

Hoping for a successful DD today. I've had a lot of head hunger lately. Hoping that I can keep that at bay today. I'm thinking that my body is on carb overload and I'm feeling hungrier as a result. We shall see...

You can do this! Check in if you need more motivation for the head hunger.

I'm a bit worried myself. I went a little over-board yesterday with the snacking. 100g carbs, which is way more than I had planned, and 300 cals over my UD calculation, so I'm worried about head hunger today.

Thankfully I got into work late, so I'll be staying late. When I get home I'll only have ~1 hour before bed, so I'll have a small meal just before.

No idea. It's like they enjoy the sabotage or somethin'.

I'm really struggling just now. Made the mistake of looking at paleo recipes on a blog I need to catch up (OMGpaleo). Now I'm starving.
At least I'm at work, and will be until 7:30-8pm-ish. Then I have to navigate my way to eat something so I can sleep, but not too much.

It's almost noon and I'm at a 4-5. Freezing, too, which I rarely have ever done on JUDDD. Got a heater two feet away and I'm in a sweatshirt. I've one cup of a mini-BPC and am fixing to have another one, with my "sherbet" waiting for me later this afternoon.

my DD too!
Not as easy as the last one but I am hanging on.
I was too hungry to just stick w/ broth and coffee so I had a few petite green beans for 30 calories and I feel like I am going to make it.

Migraine struck at around 1pm. I called it quits today (officially, taking 1/2 sick day) at 1:30.
Big meds (work wonders in addition to a handful of Advil and other stuff) and bed.

I'm all better now.

I also had soup-- so I'm going to be above my DD usualy (620 vs 500) and I'm ok with that.

Right now probably about a 5. Starting to get hungry but just drinking some hot tea and save my HB egg for a little later. I won't eat dinner till between 8 and 9 so holding my lunch out for as long as I can.

Not starving yet. Still a 5 at this point. Will probably have a lunch today. Last DD around 4:00 pm, it got a little hard to focus on what a co-working was teaching me how to do and I had a diet cocoa and felt fantastic afterward. Seemed to dampen my hunger for the rest of the day. Usually, once I start eating, I have a hard time stopping.

Aiming for my lower end at 336.

Mine is going great! I woke up hungry but had to go out and was busy all morning, so the morning was a breeze. Came home and had my 80 calorie Greek yogurt. Now I'm having some black coffee. In a little while I'm taking an hour walk. So far it's a really good day. Plus, I'm wearing my skinny jeans.

Not hungry at lunchtime while I drank coffee & watched my friend eat.
Just now eating some Greek yogurt, which I hope will tide me over for a while...
Not planning to eat spaghetti prepared by someone else at the school fundraiser I have to go to... But I think I'll be fine until I get home from that and eat some leftover chicken!

Sounds like everyone is doing well. My DD is going well too...I just made my very first poached eggs and they turned out perfect. I had two, plus two slices of bacon and 1/2 serving of grits. Delicious! I give today a 5++!
