Yesterday was a 5 for eating but probably a 2 for the day as a whole. I've been dealing with insomnia lately due to work stress so I'm looking forward to a weekend away.

I was so busy yesterday that I ended up not realizing I was hungry to around 2pm. Had a small dinner and watched Scandal. Overall DDs are going well.

3- first DD back from a vacation/wedding in Vegas, and it's been a little tough. Going to bed early tonight though to make up for the lack of rest during the trip.

Today was one of the rare down days when I've been annoyed and a little distracted by hunger, so I'm going to give it a 2. Also, deciding to make a dessert for tomorrow night's dinner party in advance, on a down day, was probably not the smartest idea I've ever had, but so far I've stayed strong.

My sisters wedding was a few days ago, and it was SO hard to not eat cake. I had a few bites but I WANTED to eat a huge piece.

I commend both of you for your restraint.

I have relatives I've avoided visiting because to refuse their home baking is tantamount to stabbing them through the heart. (Judging by the fuss even the politest refusal causes...)

10th day of my re-start and going well, today was a 4, not too bad at all, the hardest part was frying onions to go with DH's dinner!

I was not good this past weekend. I didn't OD on sweets, but o was constantly eating. Overall today has been fine so I'll give it a 4. Allergies are kicking my butt so I have a little headache, but I'm heading to bed early and I am definitely eating the little slice of cake that was saved for me tomorrow. :-)

Frying onions is pretty much how I start most dinners so, yes, that would be a trigger for me. When DH isn't Adi Hacking (as he is at present), I make his dinners the preceding weekend so they just have to be heated on DDs and it's not as tricky for me.

Good for you on withstanding the siren call of sweets and sympathies for the allergies. Enjoy the cake.

I hope you didn't do a DD on your sister's wedding day!!! Celebrations are always UDs.

My DD is going well. I'm doing the PH today, as a (further) experiment. Let's see how I do THIS time!! On a happy note, I have maintained my lowest weight through 5 days of UDs.

First DD I've looked forward to - not that I overate calories yesterday, but too much sugar for dinner. It's early yet, but it feels good so far!

I had a few bites, I stick to mostly low carb even on up days... my body doesn't handle wheat very well... MAJOR water retention and swelling.. the bites I had were fantastic, and I ate a lot of honey baked ham to make up for the lack of cake... Thats almost the same as cake to me.

Todays DD is going really well. 2:10pm and I've only had coffee and iced tea today. I feel pretty great too. I plan on just taking fluids unless my hunger comes in full force or I feel icky. Today is a 5+ though!

Getting close to over and I have had a really good day. I would say a 5 for sure. Now to finish my outside chores and not eat anything else and I am good.

I haven't been hungry at ALL today! (Thank you ptero!) All I had was coffee with HWC, a cup of SF Cafe Vienna, some tuna/egg salad and chocolate almond milk. That's only 50 calories less than what I allotted for myself, but to me that is a MAJOR accomplishment! Plus reading my book, walking and riding my bike has kept me occupied today.

Total: 400 Woo!

5 so far!
After yesterday's lunch "binge" (which, oddly, didn't come near my allotted calories - just stuffed my belly to its max), I'm thankful for a DD today!

I haven't eaten anything since around 3pm yesterday, and I'm not even remotely hungry yet.

Aagh, 2-3. For the last few hours my head's been throbbing and I hoped it was just responding to the barometric fluctuations but I'm beginning to suspect that my migraine is very early this month and will settle in with a vengeance over the next 36 hrs or so.

One of the downsides of eating most of your DD calories at breakfast is that you don't have enough to take with a painkiller, if you need them. So, with reluctance, I'm going to eat some banana so that the painkiller passes through the blood-brain barrier better.

I'll break my 20% calorie allowance but I won't be anywhere near 35% so that's OK. Anything else would be ludicrous.

SS, I'm sorry your migraines are such a trial for you. Darnit!

DD here is going fairly well. Just had a lunch of one cucumber sliced with sea salt and a ff greek yogurt. Yummy. I may have another coffee/HWC mid-afternoon. We'll see. Hunger level right now, feeling very satisfied.

3 yogurts so far -- 240 cals. Hoping that taking choice out of the equation with a single food day will keep me from focusing on food. Get hungry? Eat yogurt. No other options. No more than 5 yogurts total. Seems to be working so far.

About a 3, but that's because I'm sick. I tried to make today a very low DD, and I think I did okay. Came in at 150 calories. I ordered Curb Bites with hoodia and ate one late in the day and I think it worked, because there's no rumbling going on in my stomach. Going to have a cup of green tea before bed and I'm done.

I did try to use gluc powder for the first time in a shake today and it was...not good. I guess I'll have to fool around with this stuff to get it right.

Going ok so far today. I'm trying to now fast most of the day on DD's until later in the afternoon/evening. It went well two days ago, and hopefully it'll be good again today. It seems around this time every DD I get a little loopy feeling but it always seems to pass within a couple of hours and then I get this amazing whoosh of energy... heres hoping it happens again today because I can feel the fog settling in right now.

Solid 5. I had a good UD yesterday and fueled up very nicely, if not a bit over cals. Today has been a breeze, as a result. I ate 124 cals of potatoes for lunch, but wasn't hungry really. Now I wish I hadn't lol.

So far.... a 5

So far I've had my morning mocha and a corn cake (like a real skinny rice cake) with a smidge of peanut butter. I'll have some homemade chicken broth soon and that should get me until about 7:00 when I'll have one egg and one bacon. I've had lots of water so my exercise has been going to the bathroom and peeing a lot! lol

A definite 5 here. Nothing but black coffee with SF syrup and lemon water. I am right on target to stay with my plan of no food until broth w/ veggie soup and a small salmon fillet at dinner. Feel great today and only lightly hungry...no doubt that 150 mg ptero is helping!
