LOL! ... I'm hoping I didn't do too much damage with my two UD's in a row!
You're a still in induction period so, no, no damage with two UDs as long as you can switch back to rotations altho' it's hard to anticipate what might be happening with the SIRT1s (as hypothesised by Dr Johnson). You might need to start from here (so to speak) for that gene activation altho' the rotations will still help with WLM.

If I can mention this tho', please don't ever play catch-up from one day to another and intend to not eat your DD kcals because of your UD consumption. Most JUDDDers find what suits them but what never seems to work is that mindset of playing catch-up. Just move into your next DD as normal.

If anything, because you late loaded what sounds like quite a lot of simple carbohydrates on your UD, the impact of that on your blood sugar might have benefited from a couple of light, simple DD meals so that the post-sugar ravenous desire for food didn't hit you quite so hard. (Some people, but not everyone, experience such a reaction.)

Good luck with the shirataki and LC cheese

Yesterday I was really looking forward to my DD today and it's been a happy one!

I have to give it a 5+ for sure. It's almost 6 pm and I just made a hearty, yummy dinner for DH and didn't go crazy over the yummy smells.

I'm going to go have a glass of lemon water and see if I can make it on my 60 calories from this morning. I hope! I hope! I would soooooooo love to see some downward movement on the scale tomorrow morning!

It's generally not recommended. Just get back to regular rotations after you "mess up".

However, for a couple of reasons, I am currently on my fourth DD in a row (though yesterday was closer to a MD).

Today would be a 3 for me as well. I ended up eating early because i was so hungry. Usually i can wait until at least 2 or 3pm. I guess i will have to just keep chugging water and green tea. It seems when i type this out, i tend to have more conviction so hear goes!

Today is my 4th DD, same as Green. So far it's been great. On my UD yesterday I was ravenous and had ALL THE CARBS. So I knew today had to serve as a detox of sorts... so I had a very high protein & fat meal. It did the trick. I feel great... it's only 3:30p here though, so I shouldn't get too excited, lot of daylight left!

That's how I was yesterday too... and today has been my hardest DD for sure.
Ah well. I learned my lesson.

Glad your meal is making you feel good! I'll be going to a couple dance classes soon and will have the rest of my food when I get back home. I'm being kind and allowing myself 600 today if need be.

Doing okay so far. I'm traveling for work so had coffee w/cream in the morning, a small Wendy's chili for lunch and just now drank 1/2 of a coffee protein drink. Dinner will be Greek yogurt. I make money off my per diem on DDs!

As per Frosty, mistakes will happen but on the whole, consecutive DDs are to be avoided where practical, it's better to just keep to a regular rotation.

I'm so proud of you learning from your induction experiences like this - figuring out what you can eat on an UD and how it will affect you on your DD. Well done to all of you.

Thanks for the kudos SlowSure, this is definitely a great place to be to learn and be better.

Green, we sure can do this!!!! It's 3:20pm here in Cali and i just had to cook hubby's dinner. I did not sample a bite of the grilled chicken and penne alfredo i just made. But i'm sure going to eat good tomorrow!

Hope everyone else is doing as well (hopefully better lol) than I am today!

I figured it was either a Valentine's wedding or Christmas. How nice.

My DD is going well, after over a week of no DDs. I think this margarita is taking away my hunger.

Less than an hour ago I was -1 and very, very hungry. I had two cups of hot chicken broth and I think maybe I have moved up to an almost 4.

Hopefully it will last and/or get better for the rest of the day. I thought I had a hard boiled egg in the fridge. I looked and looked but it's gone. Darn!!! I hate it when that happens!

Funny thing is, I wasn't kidding, Yam. I think they actually have made my DD quite high, but not nearly as high as I've been having by eating UDs every day for over a week, although LC. I am loving the freedom from carbs for the time being.

I have ended up with 379 calories. I had some tuna, lettuce, onions, celery and mayo on half a low carb wrap. Oh, I feel so much better. I think with the long, intense workout today, my body was just rebelling and I had to eat something.

I blew my DD on Thursday and I kept my UD today. Now I am afraid that I will mess up on Saturday too. I plan to have a DD, but I feel this wicked cycle coming on. I start to get depressed that I can't have a cup of coffee in the morning and it just adds into all the other depression me stress I am having... I woke up at 1:20 am and now I am stressed and can't get back to sleep.

I want to have a good DD... I want to be happy. Everything seems to be falling away from me and I cannot get a handhold anywhere I turn.

I wasn't hungry yesterday just because I was aggravated and I knew I had a party to go to last night. So I guess I had a bit of a MD since I ate below 1000 calories. I just want Sunday to be a good DD because I feel like my body is able to sustain a DD until the evening and then I lose my willpower. I need that not to become a pattern.

I was supposed to start JUDDD on Monday, but my ToM made an appearance, and the cramps and ick were too much to deal with. And it just never happened on Wednesday and Friday, which are my planned DDs.

So, I decided that today would be my first DD.

It is only 8 AM, so it is going great

I understand totally. Take care of yourself first. If that means not dieting, then so be it. Life is too short to stress out about what you're eating, if you have other things going on as well.Maybe you could try straight LC for a week or so like I'm doing. No DDs, and lots of coffee with cream.

Well, I hope that you are sleeping right now! You know, I do have coffee nearly every day, including DDs. I have a big 14 oz mug with 1 oz of cream and AS. Usually it's my breakfast, but I do try and push it until later in the morning if I can. It's one of those daily pleasures that I just don't want to give up, and so I don't. Would that work for you?

So sorry you're having so much stress!
