about a 4 here. Started off ok but needed something more substantial for my tummy than liquid. Oped for a green salad with 97% FF ham. If I can convince my tummy all it needs later is a protein drink....I got this!

I've been hungry for the past several days especially on DD's, but today I can't even stand the sight of food. I don't know what's going on. Hunger wise I'd give today a 5.

DD is rated a 5 so far. Going for a mostly all liquid day. Having some reduced amounts BPC, bouillon cubes, water, and maybe some sf hot chocolate.

Sipping on hot chicken bouillon broth with chipotle hot sauce, and feeling pretty darn good right now. 4.5 range.

I had to get up to use the bathroom twice in the night - I hardly ever have to get up at night - so I think I lost a bunch of that holiday water weight! Yay! I am feeling slimmer, and not so bloated and gross like during all the eating festivities. Feels good.

I'm at about a 4 right now, have had coffee with SF creamer, a few radishes and a cup of low sodium chicken broth so far. I have a great big bottle of smart water (wish it really did make me smart) chilling in the fridge and I'm going to try to wait until 6:30 or so for dinner.

It's 20:30 so I think this DD's been good - I ate on plan for a DD despite a small, grumbling voice that wanted a comforting stew because of the continued storms. If I gave into that tho', we'd have been comfort eating stews and casseroles since before Christmas. So, probably a 4.

Just planning what to put into storage, what to take with us, and what we can leave in our home that won't get in the way of the upcoming renovations. This is nicely distracting.

HI All
My dd is a 5, it's 2:30 pm needing a little something, little shaky, head strong though, thinking good. Just say n.
Hummm looked a 4% cottage cheese container, 450 MG sodium oh yikes.
Cube bouillon 740mg one tsp.
Canned tomato juice 470mg one small can 5.5 oz.
Ok
Looks like I going to lose alot more than TWO pounds for with holding unneccary sodium.
I know our body's needs salt but yikes! I must of been eating 4000 MG and more each day of my life. Im getting educated for sure.
1,000 MG in smokes salmon one serving.
Diet coke has 40 in a serving, will rake up most 200 sodium on just coke a day, maybe.
On with the games!
I can do anything for one month....right?

Great DD today. They are getting easier and more tolerable. Had coffee with HWC, small salad with oil & vinegar, cup of chicken broth and some raw baby carrots.

Good so far. It's after 4 p.m. and I'm not eating the paint off the walls yet.

Just coffee with half n half and water with lemon so far.

Probably veggie soup for dinner if and only if necessary.

been feeling stoked today after reading all the JUDD BUDD's posts. Love it here!

4 today. I really need this DD. For some reason I've been going overboard on my UDs. I may need to go back to EOD if this continues.

I agree

I don't know your height, age etc. but there's a good chance that 850 is a high DD or an MD, at worst, it's maintenance level or even still just about WLM.

My son is home from college and it seems i eat more when he is around as we do more lunches and he talks me into making his favorite food and then I sample too much. He leaves Thursday. I will miss him but not the calories.

I find the deeper colored paint has a richer flavor than the lighter ones.

My DD is a 5 so far. Have only had a reduced amount BPC, and some sf hot chocolate w/cream (and a squirt of SF Salted Caramel syrup). As much as I'd love to do an all liquid DD, I'm aiming to keep it liquids so that I can eat a little something with DH at night.

This DD did not start well, owing to my overindulgence last night.

However after allowing myself a couple of extra hours sleep (an advantage of being older) and then some mango and a soya coffee, it has moved up to a 5.

I plan on some ratatouille for my supper.

Tomorrow's UD will be a lot healthier that yesterdays!

I'll have to go outside for that. Dark blue trim around the window seals.

It is just after noon and I'm going to rate this a 2 only because I've had a lot of stress to deal with this morning.

Of course stress makes me want to break out some comfort food but I won't.

I've had coffee with 60 calories of half n half. I've had 32 ounces of water but haven't put the lemon in yet.

Hopefully I can talk myself out of chewing any calories until late in the day.

DH just asked me if there was any of my home made vegetable soup left so he could eat it for lunch. There is only one bowl left and I told him he better leave that for me or else! ha! There is some lovely leftover spaghetti with meat sauce for him.

It's time for me to make up another batch of soup, but that will have to wait until tomorrow.

Emotionally tho', you had an excellent UD because you spent it in companionship with a good friend and it's such a boon to be able to do that. I'm a firm believer in the health advantages of spending time with friends and those who love you and whom you love.

You've been admirably resolute in withstanding the stress - I'm sure the window trim paint is heaving a notional sigh of relief.

My nadir of DD freezes was the day that I had to wrap myself in a survival blanket to continue my bike ride home. They are difficult to push through at times.
