Cindy, my MD turned into 2 UD's in a row. And yes you are so right, I always had trouble with them before and really tried to avoid them. At least now I'm on rotation to eat on Thanksgiving...It would have been better to have a plan of action....

Doing EOD works well for me. I get to have one weekend day that's up and I don't start to despise M-W-F every week.

Coffee so far and a 5.

Today is actually an UD, but I'm fasting till dinner since eating out so I keep thinking it's a DD

I think we are going to the Cheesecake Factory where most meals are more than my total UD calories.

Kind of feeling munchy today, but so far I haven't given in to it. Drinking lots of hot beverages because it's cold and rainy! I'd rank it a 4 so far.

Soooo enjoying today. I had 4 UDs in a row. I don't feel in the tiniest bit hungry which is amazing.

It is 9.30 and I have only had a cabbage and leeks in chicken stock.

Monday DD today. I'm ready for it.

Just coffee with creamer so far. Planning a chicken breast salad for dinner ( no surprise there) and raw veggies throughout the day w/ broth.

No breakfast today and a hair appointment that will take some time so I'll be busy.....

I had two UDs too, Blonde. T-day will be a UD for me now too, but next week I have two luncheons I must attend, so I will be doing double UDs again I guess. As much as I try and attempt MDs, it never works lol.

Feeling under the weather. Congested and itchy eyes. I might have to eat some soup tonight which is higher on the DD numbers than I like, but with the extreme cold weather and feeling icky that might be the best thing.

I hope to have a MD today - yesterday's DD went ok, but I felt I needed 500 calories instead of my 350 - which I try for... but rarely achieve anyway. I got off rotations - and no way Turkey is going to be anything but UD! So with an MD today - UD tomorrow, I'm back on track.

Super-busy Monday today, which is really helping my DD. Right now I'm at about a 4.9 and have only had black coffee and tea. I hope it keeps going this way!

DD for me today! Going well! I forgot to weigh myself today(before I ate/drank)... So mad at myself! I made a PB&J at 8:30 this morning and I'm still going strong! I did have a trenta iced coffee from Starbucks, but all that did was make my tummy queasy! WTPoop! =D I wish I had a tough tummy! I just don't... My giant coffee what 103 cals, because I wanted the toffee nut syrup, darn it! hehehe If they had it in SF I would've preferred, but they didn't! I won't make this drink a habit... Especially on a DD.

HI everyone! Still a 5, I've had about 120 calories so far...

I was at the hair salon for over 3 hours (color and cut and blow-out) so no food then, I'm thinking my salad is going to taste pretty good tonight!

Sounds great, Blonde! I want to get my hair done too, but I keep forgetting to schedule. My stylist isn't available on demand lol.

My DD has gone very well. I had nothing but coffee until around 1 pm, when I had a small bowl of turkey chili that I had frozen about a month ago. I think it was around 50 calories a serving. I added one T of SCQ and it tasted great. Tonight I had a McDouble and large iced coffee w/SF vanilla to round out the day at about 620. I'm happy with it.

I feel yucky today- headache, queasy, tired.
I made a mug of miso soup at 6:25pm, but only drank half and now it's cold...
I'm beyond freezing. I'm tempted to feed the cats take a hot shower and get in between my 2 electric blankets. It's only 7:10pm, but that plan is sounding good.

Feel better Carly. I think there's something going around the office.

Ended up skipping the gym because I'm so congested and I was afraid to get too dehydrated. Had soup for dinner and hoping to sweat out whatever is going on with me by the AM.

I wound up not having any calories until about 7:30pm - unheard of for me, but I was very comfortable all day long. I was definitely ready for dinner, and had a nice, generous dinner of 2 salmon patties and about 1 1/2 cups of green beans for 380 calories. A successful DD.

I had a great DD yesterday, came in at around 500...

Cindy I was so l lucky to get in to see this girl. She did a great job and is my new colorist. Woo Hoo!

Having a DD today - and feeling so hungry.

Tomorrow plan for a MD or a low UD and then Thursday will be UD. I hope to get busy when I get home today, but NOT with food - I'll bake tomorrow - so I can stick to a DD today.

With my b'day celebrations over the weekend I at least want to maintain and now make the whole week a food fest.

Wednesday DD before the big Turkey dinner tomorrow. I'm having an all veggie day, when I'm hungry...right now I'm at a 5 after coffee, I work lunch today at the restaurant and I have a lot to do tonight. I'm hosting Thanksgiving, about 15 people, so lot's of pre-prep, then up and at 'em early in the morning.

My DD is going pretty good. Have kept busy this morning cleaning and doing laundry and have only had caffeine and a diet cranberry ginger ale so far. Put some eggs in the steamer to cook and will have a couple of egg whites in a little bit. Later this afternoon I'll start some prep for T-day dinner.....bake sweet potatoes and make a SF pumpkin pie. It's snowing here and the roads are icy so just staying in today.

More broth for my dinner, added giblets from turkey to my broth, yummmm.
Our DD was here, she ate with us, she saw my bowl of it "soup", she cringes at my dd food.
Must say it did look bad but was yum.
Don't know the calories of a turkey liver, but I'm calling my dd 200cal.
Me happy.
I made jiffy mix pizza crust, for them, spinach and cheese.
I wasn't tempted to eat the pizza. Caz my throat, headache...now if I was well!
