Well... Since Thursday (when my kid became very sick with a virus and a fever that refused to break until TODAY) all my days have been UD or MD... My nerves are shot. Sunday is a standard UD no matter what it actually is, because it's my family's day to eat together. Tomorrow is my actual UD and I've gotten into the routine with the other UD girls... I don't want to switch it. =) So Tuesday is my next DD, but tomorrow I'm not going to eat like a buffalo! =D

Out of town and I was able to fast until dinner time, but I'm now having a UD. Glad I got to the gym this morning. I'm going to do a UD tomorrow as well and since I'm leaving Tuesday on a DD I should be back to normal Tuesday. Hopefully I get home in time to take a Spinning class.

My Monday dd will be an egg white, coffee and co.
Then a small burger with pickles for lunch.
Dinner will be a spinach salad. Brith for snack if needed. I hope I got this!!

It's only 6:36am, but I'm so ready for this DD. I let DW mess up my schedule, which in maintenance is DD every Monday and Wednesday.

I'd love to be able to support DW, but I don't really think she is committed and for me- I know what I need to do. So here is to a lovely, Monday, DD today!

Carly, tell DW that I'll be back to work Wednesday and that's an UD for me. She and I will be back on the same schedule if she does a DD tomorrow and perhaps a MD today. That way I can nag her from here on out.

It's 3:30pm only water so far, can't believe it!

I know the feeling! I had a tough one on Sunday, and succumbed to a UD. I hope you've had better DDs since.

So this is my first true DD since last Friday and it is rough. I'm not feeling hungry, but I've been feeling very tired lately and having difficulty focusing. I have contemplated skipping class tonight, but I honestly don't want to.

So far I have 170c for the day and I might fast for the remainder of the day as I'm trying to keep this day low. We shall see.

Coffee with co, and egg white 60
ahi tuna for lunch,, 3 ounces 125
string cheese weight watchers 50
broth 15
dinner with be spinach salad or shrimp 150,, hope to end at about 400 today

I thought I'd never say it but today is 5! Skipped breakfast (couldn't sleep last night, so went to bed at 7:00am woke up at 12:30pm). Had tea with milk and kept busy cooking. Hopefully, will be done for the day with <200, if there is no late night binging

7 am, up since 5 am.

DD today...so far no problems. Just coffee. I'm sticking with veggies and maybe some protein...I have discovered that carbs on a DD spells disaster for me. I'm hungry all day long...

Today's DD hunger is subsiding, TG! Last night's beer & pizza probably contributed to the growling tummy first thing this morning. I had an extra cup of coffee and drank it very slowly... that seems to be helping. Definitely need protein today!!! Plan to have an egg & ham slices this afternoon and that should hold me until dinner.

I'm doing great on my DD ! =) Nothing fun or interesting to report!

I'm doing PB&J sammies today! One for lunch one for dinner! It tides me over(for now)!

I also had a iced skinny caramel macchiato... I've been slowly sipping that for a while too. =)

Blonde, usually a MD follows a DD (instead of a UD). That's why I have trouble with them. It seems like another day of deprivation lol!

My DD is going well. I'm at 125, and it's nearly 6:30 pm. I'm going to have dinner, but haven't decided for sure what it will be--either chicken or hamburger.

Oh, no! Medium Day can't be a "Down Day Gone Wild?"

So far today is a perfect 5. I woke up with a weight loss after an UD, (weird, huh?) and not really hungry. I nibbled a bit of cold London Broil and had cucumbers and celery with for dinner, just so I wouldn't have to listen to the stomach noises. Total 206 calories.
