it's 4:42pm here, and I think I must be filled with JUDDD magic (and SIRT) FINALLY-- I'm hungry, yes. And cold, sure.
But I'm not *suffering*... not sure when in my off-track-ness I thought this was suffering?

Anyway-- I'm drinking my new tea (see tea thread) cold, and planning a hot treat for tonight as well.

And I still have a HUGE dinner to look forward to (10oz of lean pork tenderloin. seriously? it's crazy!)

So-- 5+ for sure!

My tummy is grumbley BUT It's my first DD I added coffee... Sometimes that makes my tummy sick! Nothing too bad though. =D I'm handling it like a boss!

Good going, Rebecca! I'm at about 220 calories, because I had an iced coffee at lunch. The cabbage soup was good, but one serving made me want to eat a lot more. I either need to bring 2 servings to work, or not eat until I get home in the future. Anyway, pretty good DD, all told.

Having a good day. Finished my day at 264 calories and had a great workout at Chickboxing class. I was hoping to end my day under 200 calories, but I needed a post workout snack.

Closed out the day at 480 calories, and 71 g of protein - right on target. This is the 3rd really good DD in a row, where I've eaten the right calories and have felt great. Let's keep those coming!

I'm so impressed by some of the low calories you guys are eating!

So far today my mind doesn't want to eat, but my stomach is protesting. I had too many chocolates last night - I know better - awoke with a headache and sugar hangover. I have no intention of blowing it today though - shooting for a 5 with my food, just need to keep busy and give my mind something else to think about!

carol, what did you eat to keep your protein up like that?
So far today I had an egg white with half the yolk and coffee.
Lunch is GF chicken soup with a little extra chicken
Dinner is salad and a very small piece of meatloaf..
I hope I follow my plan..

Brenda, I had a Chobani plain for 18 g, 2 cans of tuna for 52 g, and my HWC in my coffee had 0.7 g. This is about my highest ever protein for a DD. Tuna and salmon are really helpful in that!

to the DD folks today-- I'm on an UD, BUT, haven't eaten anything yet.

feeling pretty good, still. THis happens on UD mornings, and sometimes I decide to run with it.

Soren! Yeah, I get you - not creepy and you're so sweet! That ticker hasn't moved since October 12 when I achieved that 179.5. Then I bounced up and down but never any lower. And now I won't know where I am until the 27th. But I'll tell you one thing, I better need to change it (down) that day!

Wow, me too!!

So far today my food is at a 5 but my hunger is at a 2.5. I'm managing though and will make it through!!

Well... My son came home from school vomiting and then later in the evening he had a temp of 102.8.... So I binge ate. My nerves were so bad! Tomorrow is my DD and I'm going to try for a better day... I think I need to add more than just the whey shakes. One shake is 215 so I have like 242 left over.

Oh, sorry DS isn't well, poor guy. You'll have a good DD tomorrow. I know shakes help a lot of people, but for me personally, I'd rather have some real food, or just coffee w/HWC to enjoy. Shakes have just never done it for me.

Today has been a bit tough. Not a 1, exactly, but food has not been far from my mind all day. I'm really going to enjoy my salad tonight. AND~ I will make it through.

Oh Man, I'm having a tough time with DD today! This gnawing hunger appeared right when I woke up this morning along with the fitful sleep. it's 2:00 pm and I'm already at 222. Drinking tons of water, had egg white, then some oats and now drinking tea; hoping all this will take care of the growling. Probably go for a walk after my tea to distract myself!

You can do it JD! I was at 190 at 2 pm, and I'm still there at 6 pm. After I finish this coffee I'll be at 220. I'm not sure what I'm going to have to finish out this day, but might go up to 500. I have a LC that looks good for 190. Good DD for me, except for the intestinal distress after eating an Atkins bar.

So, a solid 4, I think.

JD, those difficult DDs are such a pain! You're almost through this one though - hang in there!

I'd say 4-5 today. I've been super busy and that has helped. About 2 hours from dinner now and I still have a Chobani to eat, so I think I'll have it pretty quick and then I should be okay. I haven't drank enough liquids today, and now I don't want to have too much late in the day.

Mine is going really well today. Only coffee with cream, tea, and water until dinner. Just ate a Greek yogurt with some protein powder stirred in. Ended the day at 302 calories. Probably going to bed early to make sure I don't get tempted to overeat. Night snacking is a problem for me!

5 for me. I wasn't hungry all day. Took DD to Johnny Rockets for lunch even, watched her have some chicken tenders, fries & a shake while I had my diet coke. Pizza Friday, though, so although I fasted all day, I had 2 slices of thin crust pizza. Makes my total 323. Not to shabby!

Mine is going well, but I'm worried that my eardrums will burst from the decibel level of my STOMACH!!

It's easy not to eat, I have a writing deadline for 6 more articles out of 8 due today! This is my first paid assignment so I am trying not to blow it!! The writing has mostly been done but the editing takes a lot of time. I like to get things perfect before publishing. Well, as perfect as I CAN, anyway.

I had 3 UD's in a row earlier in the week, because of some events, but at least this WOE is flexible! Having some hot pepper chicken broth tonight! Total calories today; 290

JD & Smallerizing I hope the hunger has gone away.

DD went well. I made it to the gym on a Friday which is rare. I'm heading out of town tomorrow after my internship and I don't know what I'll be eating over the next few days. Hopefully I'll be able to exercise. After a 5 DD I'm feeling good going into the weekend.

Haha! I was sitting in a totally silent meeting today, totally not even feeling hungry and GRRRLLBMLRRRR went my stomach SO LOUD!!!! We cracked up!

270 so far today...oatmeal at 8 am and then a protein shake 4 hours later...trying to stay busy, cleaning the kitchen and organizing for Thanksgiving. A solid 3, lol. I think I may have the remainder of my calories later in the form of popcorn and lots of water.....should put me at 400 for the day. A great DD today will make for a fun Up day at tomorrow's BBQ.
