I have eaten nothing so far, 7.20, and am planning about 100 calories of mushroom soup.

at 165 calories at 2:26 EST. had coffee with HWC and a cup of soup. hoping to make it to 5:30/6:00 with just water so i can have a somewhat normal dinner (around 300 cal) to get me thru this friday night!

I am so cold today. Just ate a yogurt and I am definitely going for soup tonight. I was going to make an attempt at heading to the gym, but I always feel overly exhausted on Friday's and the gym just makes it worse so I'm heading home after work and catching up with my DVR.

Mine is about 4.5 today. Only coffee until about 4pm, was doing good until I went shopping, then started to get weak and hungry. Came home and ate an apple wedge then part of a raw red bell pepper, while I boiled some cabbage and flavored it with mashed ranch style beans. Puts me close to 300 calories, I'm good with that. I am quite full and satisfied for this dd, sometimes a girl just has to eat

Hmmm, 5 I guess. We had an early morning basketball game, then a late afternoon cheer game, so I've been busy, which helps! Just coffee this morning, then had DH bring me one to the cheer game (with 2 creams & 2 splendas). Had a bite of DH's big pretzel at the game, then 2 of DD's tortilla chips from her dinner. I'm having a 60 cal coffee right now to end things off. (mainly because that last game was FREEZING cold and I was cold to begin with!)

I guess 4 today. I am feeling a little more hungry than usual, and I'm allowing myself up to 500 calories today. Just a little break and hoping to surprise my metabolism and maybe give it a jumpstart.

Yesterday became almost an UD, but I did this purposely as I'm hoping to jump-start my metabolism. My body held off until relatively late in the day because it's gotten so used to the EOD rotations, but hopefully something changes on the scale. I'm taking classes at the gym as well because I'm a little bored with the cardio equipment.

It WAS going pretty well until my coworker dropped a bottle of teriyaki sauce in the kitchen and it shattered. The whole office smells like teriyaki sauce, and now I want Japanese food!

5 @ 400 cals. max., as long as I don't eat anything more for the rest of the evening.

I was feeling too cold late this afternoon to want the whey protein shake I had planned on having, so instead I added a scoop of chocolate whey protein powder to my planned diet hot chocolate & 1 tsp. of coconut oil and whisked it up with a hand blender. I'm making sure to have at least 50 grams of protein on my DDs, so that worked well for me.

Good thing hubby has a dinner meeting, so I don't have to cook for him on my first DD in over a month.

To help better deal with the dreaded DD chill this fall/winter, I will need to get back to doing at least 30 min. of cardio. in the afternoon. But I was hoping I'd get away without having to do it the first week...NOT! So, I'll be starting back doing that on my next DD on Weds.

Doing really well today. I had diet Jell-o and some coffee with a bit of skim milk earlier today and just had a big bowl of cauliflower & cheese sauce with some fresh ground black pepper. Total of 200 calories so far.

Monday down day and

I've been hungry. I ate my first meal too early. That was not smart idea
for me as I do better the longer I wait.

Lot's of mugs of bone broth. I still have a little bit but it's only

around 6:40 in the evening. 5 more hours before I sleep.

So nauseous today. At least that makes my first DD since Friday easier. Absolutely no hunger right now, but I don't know if I'll be able to stomach the gym. We shall see.

Lisa, hope you get to feeling better sweetie!

Brenda, hungry DDs are hard! But the time passes, and some have said feeling hungry on a DD predicts a nice loss the next day. So keep believing that and you'll make it!

Me, I'm a 5 today. I've had an extremely busy morning, which has kept my mind off of food, and I've only had tea - hot and iced - so far. Now I'm looking forward to my Coffee/HWC mid-afternoon snack and my roast beef dinner!

The bad thing working till 9 is we only have 5-6 to eat.. At home I wait till 7. When I eat that early I will be hungry again.. I might try to just eat half my dinner at 5 and save some to sneak and eat later here at work around 8.. 20 more minutes,, I am really hungry.. I couldn't wait till 7 today if I tried..

I'm happily surprised! Today being my first DD in well over a week, and having indulged in pizza and major bread, etc during that time, I expected today to be HELL.

But I'm good! My body must have been ready for it, and must be thanking me now!
I made it through the whole morning with no thoughts of hunger... 1 cup of coffee, 3 bottles of water, 1 cup of chai tea... And I made it til 3:30 before I decided to eat the applesauce I brought & another cup of coffee. Only because it was a "good" break point between things I'm working on.

Planning for some chicken tenders & veggies for dinner (and one more cup of coffee as my late night snack), and I feel like I'll have no trouble staying away from the ice cream tonight!

A 5+! I am thrilled to be having a DD. I was actually starting to feel sluggish and blah from all the eating over vacation, which by most people's standards would not be a lot, but was to me. My body obviously thought it was a lot too, because the scale was not kind to me. Luckily I have JUDDD and will see 122 again in no time.

I'm glad you enjoyed your DD, Carly. I know you will be back to your low in no time flat.

I'm having a good DD so far, but it's early. I've only had coffee and no real hunger yet at 11:00 am.

I too am having a good dd. I am at about 500 calories. I wanted to be lower but I am happy with that. I see so many of you able to get even lower. You are all my inspiration!!
