Today turned into a MD as per doctor's orders. BP was high and I ended up eating dinner and not going to the gym. Feeling better and just going to head to bed soon.

I had a good DD. I thought it might go south around lunchtime today because I was sooo hungry. I stuck to the plan, however, and even skipped my characteristic DD dessert. At 350 cals total for a change.

Today's DD is starting off well... I'm not hungry. I found out last DD that I can actually skip breakfast AND lunch and be ok. MUCH easier to keep calories at 350 when I wait till later to eat. It wasn't possible early on with JUDDD as I wouldn't feel right if I didn't have small meals often... MUCH happier eating less often... no need to THINK about food and I can get other things done instead.

Going eh. I think waking up in the middle of the night wasn't good, because i have this little bit of nagging hunger, despite drinking tons of water & tea. I'll feel better come lunch time though.

Had some broth at 2 pm - "thinking" about food is a 1 right now, but actual hunger is a 3. What I'd really like is a nap. Tired DD today.

I'd say 5 as of this moment. I'm trying to get in more protein, and so had a can of tuna for lunch, which I don't usually eat on DDs. I'll have my coffee/hwc mid-afternoon. I'm feeling really good and hoping the extra protein will help me lose fat and retain/gain muscle.

Mine is a 4 for hunger...still on liquids, but will eat something for dinner. I will be at 150 after this cup of coffee, and dinner is 150. Will definitely be below 500 at day's end. Still haven't gotten as low as 200, ever. Not sure if I ever will.

Just coffee and water and not really hungry at 7pm, but I got an injection in my arthritic foot and it hurts!

But 5 for hunger and for my foot and not getting to exercise when I actually had time to do it.

Feel better Carly!

Had a higher DD today. Almost ate up to my JUDDD numbers. I can't say I was hungry, but something kept telling me that my body needed more.

Currently I'm pretending to take a nap. I just needed to lay down for a bit.

My dinner drove my numbers higher than normal today... But it was yummy! Just a spring mix salad with cranberries, pecans, broiled chicken & some balsamic vinegrette dressing.

Hunger has been at 5 all day. No problems today!

My foot is feeling less soar. At 8pm I made a cup of broth, but it went missing I need to find it before a cat does. Bed time snack is in 30 minutes. Yay!

I woke up hungry today. That's not normal. I'm already having my Quest bar at 7:30 a.m., and I usually wait until 8:30 or 9:00. I'm hoping it doesn't turn into a super hungry DD.

I assign my day 3 so far - this cool weather reminds me of Halloween and Thanksgiving, thinking about food. They put those little Halloween candies out at the store weeks ago and it's still over a month before Halloween. Just trying to avoid the grocery store on DD's. Have managed not to give in to it so far. . . .

I am having a good 5 today which is a relief, I ate so much yesterday I was afraid I'd be starving today as I must have stretched my stomach to its limits. However, the miracle of JUDDD kicked in and so far I am at 150 cals.

Not back to my normal "super low" numbers regularly yet. I am hungrier on DDs still AND I seem to have more "outings" lately that happen on DDs. I am reassuring myself that I'm supposed to be in maintenance anyways so it's ok. LOL For example, I just got back from lunch at Panera with DH (had to pick up his car from repair, AGAIN). 630 cals for me today. I better not eat a morsel the rest of the day!

A good low calorie option at Panera is the POWER MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN salad off their "hidden" menu. Just 360 calories and very filling and tasty too.

After my carb fest yesterday and bounce UP of 4 pounds... I thought today's DD would be brutal... I'm happy to report my day so far is about a 4 - and I still have 250 calories left for dinner. Phew...

Pretty solid 5 for me so far today. I haven't had any calories (except the few in iced tea) and I'm not feeling hungry, although I'm looking forward to my Chobani in just a little while. Being busy and fighting computer problems all morning has kept me distracted!

Had an abnormally cold DD. Even at the gym I was sweating, but still cool. I had a faculty meeting tonight soni didn't get in my usual workout, but I'll take 30 minutes over nothing at all.
