That's good to hear! I just got it yesterday and took it for the first time last night but I'm hoping it will work as well for me as it does for you. I will tell you this - I slept like a baby last night after taking it! I wasn't expecting that but apparently it helps in that department too!

Yes, I use 2 magnesium capsule at night and find it helps in both department. I have run out just now!

I ate 344 calories today which is good, but I've been hungry today. Not sure why, but I wish I was tired because my stomach is rumbling right now and I strongly dislike that. Days almost over so just need to suck it up

3.30 here and doing great. Just took my Ptero, I was away overnight and only took 'essential' medication with me.

Coffee and decaf diet coke so far. A 5 for sure.

Thanks Monica, I am going to Berlin and Dresden. Meeting up with old friends for the first 4 nights, then just DH and me.

My DD is starting out good...I am having coffee and water for now and plan on having 2 protein drinks throughout the day My body seems to be getting use to doing JUDDD! I have more energy and the scale has started to move down!! Does 315 c seem low for a DD??

DD has been a 5 so far. Had hunger this morning but pushed through because usually when I'm hungry on a DD, the scale moves. I could sure use some scale encouragement.

5 for appetite, or lack thereof. 2 for energy. I haven't been sleeping well lately, and can't figure out why. All I know is I'm beat and it's really catching up with me. I'm hoping for a good nap this weekend to see if I can catch up!

No I don't, Cindy, but I'm going to look into it. I've always been an excellent sleeper. I can fall asleep in a matter of a minute, and sleep the night through usually. So this is a little annoying. I'm not worried yet and think it may be just a phase, but it's been around a week or really bad sleep and two of kinda bad.

You're right, I need to get this sorted so I can live my life. And I know lack of sleep doesn't help with weight loss, so I sure don't want to slow down because of that! Thanks for the recommendation.

I slept 8 1/2 hours last night and feel great this morning. Thank goodness! By the evening last night I was loopy and light-headed and just physically exhausted. Boy, sleep really is medicine!

It was awful. I had my BP coffee for breakfast and about 10am, I got a terrible headache and nausea and was STARVING the rest of the day so I probably overate on the cold boiled potatoes. Ready for bed now but I am STILL hungry.

My phone is being a real pain keeps sending before I'm finished.


Yesterday was a decent day. I had major hunger after working out, but I was on a mini-vacay and was able to keep busy. It was actually one of my better Sunday DDs.

I saw your Asian soup recipe Barbo, and it sounds delicious!

Having a 4.5 DD here today. I had two large iced coffees with HWC and SF caramel syrup during the day and they were yummmmy! Now I'm rumbling just a little and will be glad to have my avocado for dinner. I'm not sure how many calories that will be (not until I peel, seed and weigh it) and if I have a little leeway, I might have a smidge of PB.

I'm hoping my monthly "losing streak" will start here soon. I am getting in a rush to finish up and get to goal! But my body will do what it wants/needs to do, so my head better just shut up and stay along for the ride.

I am staying on my DD day!! 2 protein shakes spaced over 12 hours and some pickles !! I did have a tbs of tuna mixed with mayo!! So calories r over that much!!
