Playing with maybe eating tonight. I usually just have Miso or a tiny salad, but I hit a new low with my last DD and want to slow down the loss.
I ended up having a Decaf espresso protein shake for dinner (120) for 450 calories total for the day. That's really high for me, and yet I woke up to 155.4 this morning, just 0.2 over my low from my last DD when I was sick.
