I am not counting carbs either. I am trying to get the Judd rotation down before being too strict with what foods I allow myself on Up days. On DD, I tend to eat fairly LC because I don't want to be starving and obviously protein lasts longer than carbs.

Eventually I would like to eat semi-LC on my Up days, but right now I don't need any deprivation. I don't plant to count my carbs though, will just eat healthy fats, proteins, fruits, veggies, and some whole grains. I am not convinced that whole grains are healthy, but I like them (oatmeal, and such).
