Oops. Today was supposed to be an UD but I got home late and by the time I exercised it was really too late to shove 1000 calories down my throat. I just had a yogurt and am calling it another MD at 875 cals. Not really sure what I'll do tomorrow. I think a high-ish DD so I can continue on my DD-MD-UD rotation that seems to be working for me.
