100 days on JUDDD and a new low!
 
I never really introduced myself around here and just jumped right on in with the daily weighing....so here is my story and my 100 days on JUDDD.

I have always been overweight! I mean ALWAYS! About six years ago or so I did the only diet that had ever really worked for me going to a physician type weight loss center. I got down to about 160 and was tired of only eating 900 calories a day with limitations on what I could eat (does anyone really eat 1/2 a banana). When I stopped, I binged on everything that you can imagine. Of course that led to gaining everything back and then after having a baby, I was knocking on 240 lbs. and 3 years later does not qualify as baby fat...lol. I never imagined I would go that high, but there I was and nothing to do about it. That is when a coworker told me about JUDDD and my life was changed!

Now here I am having completed 100 days on JUDDD and am at a new low of 209.2! I am down a total of 28.8 lbs!!! I finally feel like I have a woe that not only works for me now, but will work for me long term.

I just want to also say thank you to all the JUDDD BUDDDS for all the knowledge and friendships that you have here. You all rock!

I tried doing 5:2 but my boyfriend works late shifts every other weeks and I'd find on my DD's I would end up sneaking food - I say sneaking even though I was the only one in the house - how sad is that? x

I'm a returner here and stories like yours keep me inspired to continue on with this WOE.

I, too, have been fat my whole life except for a brief interlude in my mid 20s but with JUDDD I intend to change that scenario once and for all.

For reals! Who actually eats 1/2 grapefruit? Or a 1/2 C of ANYTHING? If I could do that , I wouldn't be obese!

For REAL!!!! I was even limited to a cup of vegetables at lunch (and only certain ones) with 3 oz. of protein. At least for dinner I got a few extra veggies to choose from, but still only 1 cup and 1/2 cup of starch veggies like corn or peas......no potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.....I don't think I can ever do that again and now I know I will never have to!!!!!!

My mum can eat half a chocolate bar and leave the rest in the fridge... why couldn't I take after her? lol x

Hi, Deborah! WTG, girl! I started very close to your starting weight and am hoping to get below 220 by my birthday (June 5). I'd have never thought anything in the 200's would be my 'goal' -- but I know I'll get there and beyond into Onederland! I'm so happy I found this, I really can't stick with anything else long term. Anyway -- great job!
