Hey gang! I'm still in CA, chugging this week along. Internet is sketchy at my hotel so I've not been online much.

I'm finding DDs pretty ok this week (good planning) but my UDs are a little sketchy. Ah well.

B: x
lemon water, vitamins includting pteroblue
coke zero
S: small v8 (30)
D: 1 bag of broccoli (100)
3oz grilled tyson chicken strips (100)
about 1/2 a jar of tomato sauce (at least 100)
light greek yogurt - 100

so, somewhere between 430 and 500? just b/c I went nuts and ate all the tomato sauce

I have leftovers from the catered lunch today, in my fridge to have for breakfast tomorrow (so I don't eat sausage/egg/chese biscuits or some other nonsense they have at the buffet here ) -- chicken skewers, stuffed grape leaves, tahini (or it might be loose hummus?) and a handfull of fries. And a big chocolate chip cookie.
