DD - Tuesday - what's the plan?
 
Hi Everyone!

I'm having a heckuva time today. I'm so hungry and obsessing about food.
It's been my plan for the last 3 DD to wait until dinnertime to eat but today I just couldn't do it and ate at 10:45 am.
I can't wait for this one to be under my belt and over with. :(

1. 1 egg fried in cooking spray with a salad: romaine, red onion, baby cuke and yogurt/cucumber/dill dressing and ACV
2. homemade chicken soup

L: Small Wendy's chili with habanero sauce (210)
D: Not sure, maybe a Subway salad with WF dressing for (50)

Stressful DD - yuck. So far a boiled egg white and a bit of chia seeds. I am looking forward to Wendy's chili for dinner for a total of 250 cals.

Sorry for the not-so-great DDs girls. They do happen sometimes and ya just gotta get through them to your UD (yay!)

B: Coffee w/ff cocoa
L: Iced tea
D: Tilapia cooked in a little butter and olive oil

Total - 380ish

Mine has been great I must say.

B Macchiato
L 2 cups of tea
D Romaine, celery, red capsicum and cherry tomato salad with Cardini's origianl dressing. 2 bits of DHs roasted butternut squash.

250 cals

Changed meal 2. to:
can of light tuna and LOTS of salad with 2.5 T seafood sauce & 1 T ACV for the dressing.

Soup just wouldn't have done it for me today. The bulk is just what I needed and now I'm ok. :)
