Anyone have a NutriBullet?

I have had the magicbullet for a while and love it, but was attracted by the pulverizing power of the nutribullet. Ordered one. Wondering about experiences?
I want smooth smoothies with hemp or chia seeds in them, kale, etc.

Mine pulverizes everything I throw at it without a problem. I love it.

It does, however, dribble the liquid it produces down through the engine and out on the counter. So far that does not seem to have impacted performance...just means I have to remember to clean up and let it dry before storing it away.

I have both and love them. Mine doesn't leak if I make sure the lid is screwed on good. I check it over the sink before putting on the machine. I read to do that online. Enjoy, it's awesome.

I did read that you have to be a little crazy about not overfilling at all, and tighten tighten tighten. Thanks for responding!
Do you do nuts in smoothies? Wondering about almonds or walnuts...
Also, has anyone ground coffee in it?

I had done nuts, don't think I've done them in smoothies. It makes an awesome green drink,

Mine should het here tomorrow...super excited....full juice fasts from here forward....

I'd not try to do a smoothie fast. You'd get too much fibre to get enough nutrition in them and your tummy will protest.

You need a juicer to make veg and fruit juices. The centrifugal ones are perfectly fine and much cheaper than blenders. The only downside is the cleaning but new models are pretty quick to clean. My Philips juicer is the new love of my life.

I've done full water fasts and done fine.....plus some yogurt based smoothie days and felt great...I should be ok trying some green smoothies I think...

I got the NutriBullet because of my coworkers who are using it and reporting an increase in energy and mood.

I actually made my very first juice this morning with spinach, 3 grape tomatoes, 3 grapes, 1 organic carrot. It was surprisingly refreshing! I can see myself drinking often.

Problem is, I've been a long time low carber. I have no idea how I can incorporate juice into my woe and still lose weight. I'm even tempted to do a meal replacement with the juice, but again, no idea how it will effect my body.

Actually, the smoothie thing is great. I don't think of anything as a fast except true fasting.
Have been rocking the nutribullet for a week, down 7 pounds. Love the cleansing filling fiber and I am adding things like hemp seeds and half of a lemon, rind and all.
I switched to vegetarian over a month ago, which was a bit of an adjustment and I watch my sugars pretty religiously. The green smoothies are low fruit, so not highly carby as a meal. I generally make 12 oz and drink 6oz for breakfast and 6oz for a snack while at work. So happy with how I feel and the loss! Using tons of kale, some spinach, half a non waxed cucumber, celery or a carrot, a small fruit serving (half an apple, wedge of cantaloupe, whole cutie orange), half a lemon, fresh ginger root, some hemp protein or seeds, water, and a couple I had to add a few drops stevia to. Various proportions, but all with at least half greens.
No stomach complaints, nothing bad at all. Not sure what that would be about. I have had a juicer for years, and totally prefer what I get out of a smoothie nutritionally.
I do make sure I get a minimum amount of veg based protein from all sources.
