UD Monday- gotta love it!
 
I didn't see an UD thread for today. Hopefully I am not cross posting.

B - light english muffin, ICBINB spray, 1 HB egg, 1 HB egg white, fiber plus brownie (290)
S - reduced fat PB crackers (190)
L - turkey burger on light hamburger bun w light honey mustard dressing and grilled onions, mixed berries (425)

just over 900 cals so far - leaves me about 900 for an afternoon snack and dinner/dessert.

B: Jalapeno turkey burger/no cheese, coffee (415)
L: I want my usual Banh Mi, but I rode my scooter today and I'm not confident enough yet to go on the freeway. :sad: That leaves me limited options with surface streets. Probably Panda Express veggie bowl with Angus steak.
D: No idea yet.

Hoping to make it to Zumba tonight. My regular instructor, who I adore, has been out for a few weeks (she had knee surgery) :sad:, and the substitute instructor said we'll have a different instructor starting tonight. Sheesh, I was just getting his routine down. I hope the substitute for the substitute is good. :dunno:

Riding the scooter sounds like fun, Dawn. I'm tempted to buy one.

1. banana with 1 T almond butter
2. 2 eggs with spinach, cheddar, cream & butter plus 1/2 a dark chocolate bar and a very small piece of homemade dessert at my Mom's
3. burger patty with onion, cheddar, bbq sauce and sweet potato with butter
4. chicken breast, bbq sauce, baby carrots, butter & the other 1/2 of the chocolate bar

plus my teas and crystal light

about 2150 for the day

I had a grilled cheese sandwich with American, Swiss and smoked turkey...cause that's what I WANTED! Now I'm having a nice glass of Chenin blanc while I screw around on LCF instead of finishing my @#$%^ taxes. 600 calories in a bottle of wine, says google...

Dinner: Outback Steakhouse, steak, salad, veggies for 568 calories. :clap:
