Happy Monday, all!

B: Coffee w/1 tbsp creamer; six pumpkin seeds
L: Broth, water
D: Unsure as of yet.

I had another full weekend, so this day is going to be spent keeping busy and keeping calories as low as possible to balance out some of yesterday. I'm thinking about transitioning to a 4/3 plan, as I'm having many challenges on the weekends as far as DDs go.

This is what I do...M,W,F are DD... The others are UD. I would be considered a slowbie for weight loss, but I don't mind it is what works best for me. Dare I say that sundays are a free day for me. I always start off with BPC on all my days and on this I lost two pounds last week. My Sunday's are always healthy foods, but I make myself cookies and such out of my wheat belly book and I do not ad anything up. I have to have that..if I stop losing oe gaining I will adjust, but it is working for me.

Today's a DD for me, so far I've had coffee with cream.
Going to wing it to see if I want my meal around 3ish or 6ish. I've done both and it just depends on my hunger level and when I want it.
Probably going to be corn tostados, refried beans and salsa and some salad.
Have a great DD everyone!
P.S. I introduced myself on the April Newbie's thread!

It's gone 3pm in the UK and I've had tea, black coffee, and lemon water (some calories in that as I blitz lemon in water then dilute it, but I've no idea how many but should think fewer than 20kcals).

Plan for dinner is 150g baked hake (approx 175kcals) with steamed spinach and a mixed pepper side dish (additional 80-100kcals).

If I need it, I have approx. 40kcals wiggle room to allow a stock powder soup with some gelatine or glucomannan to give it a decent mouthfeel.

Had to do a double take on your screen name shelly. At first I looked at it and it looked like Shone Shimmel. I thought we've got a Kentucky Cardinal BB player on here? Cool! But I'm sure you're pretty cool too!

Today is supposed to be a potato md, but it's 11am and I have NO appetite at all, even after doing a brisk 2 mile walk Tom also showed up this morning, which usually makes me a bit hungrier. Weird lol.

Original plan was three meals of potatoes but now will probably just do two, with medium yellows. Will slice thin and dry fry with spices and then drizzle ketchup on them

1-2 cups diet hot cocoa with sf davinci raspberry syrup and ff whipped cream

Hi!
I'm in CA this week... yesterday's up day wasn't great, but wasn't horrific, quite

I have a good plan for the rest of the week-- today is Day 1 of the Plan:

B: lemon water with mio in it! perfect balance of sweet and a bit different flavor
coke zero b/c I need some caffeine and energy
vitamins including pteroblue

L: I brought 2 of the small V8 cans (30 each) and a container of pre-cut carrots and celery. I think I'll actually make it through lunch today without caving in to whatever the caterers bring (plus, on Day 1, it's always sandwiches, and those are boring. don't ask me about ravioli day though )

D: I have tyson precooked chicken strips, 100 cal
1 bag of steamed broccoli 100 cal
1/2c tomato sauce, 45
1 yogurt 100

total, 435 if I have both juices and some veggies.

I am hoping this kind of plan will work for me. I have not had an UUAD this weekend, but I didn't get the DD I was hoping for yesterday. Perhaps if I just plan it out like this, it won't be as difficult. I can always throw in another DD or MD if I see that it won't be an issue. Thanks for your thoughts and input!!

Do you a have a decent way to disguise this? I have a huge container and can't bear the taste (plus, the brand I purchased is half carbs, which is irritating).

So far just coffee w/ splash of skim this morning (16 cals). I'm pretty hungry now, actually. Haven't had a chance to head out to get my afternoon DD latte yet. Maybe in a few minutes. It's 60ish outside and DD is having too much fun outside with her friends for me to leave yet. LOL! (it has been such a hideous "spring" here!)

I don't mind the regular organic hemp protein just in water, or in almond milk with a drop or two of stevia(it doesn't even really taste to me)...but I inadvertently bought hemp + fiber and it is just evil no matter what. So I am just mixing in plain water and guzzling quickly so I can take my supplements in the morning. It is the neverending cannister!

Evil sounds about right. Mine tastes the way that I imagine particularly muddy river water with a generous cap of duckweed and blue green algae would taste.

I've even been wondering if I could freeze some of it in tiny cubes and swallow them with water, just so that I can use it up without wasting it.

And to think that I bought mine because some reviews claimed it tastes nicely chocolatey...

Looked up calories in 1/2 cup of boiled potato and got 68 calories. I had 1 cup so my potato was 136, Greek yogurt 30, blk eyed peas 99.

Daily Total = 285 (Hope I calculated accurately.)

Where are you finding black eyed peas at those low calories? 1 cup = 200 calories according to my calorie site. I love black eyed peas but they are a rare treat on UD's. Course I also want cornbread with them.
