I like INC and Alfani clothes, but in the same brand sizes even fluctuate. I have a few INC 4Ps that are a bit snug and others that fit great. I have a bunch of Alfani things from size 2P-6P that all fit the same

Now I can't say they were all bought the same season, but within a 3 yr time frame. I won't buy anything without trying it on. Not even shoes and I always wear a 7-7.5 but you just never know.

I agree with Bonnie that the clearance rack is known for being sized questionably.

24 days till July 4th!

Saw a peek at 172.5 last week. I feel like something in the 160s is more and more possible by the 4th.

Squee! I have dipped down to 179 (my Independence Day Goal) after my Down Day! Once I get there after an Up Day, I'm really THERE!

Feeling good!

So I made it to 10 pounds and it's so exciting to hit my July 4th goal early. Now I'm hoping to be out of the 40's by the 4th.

I've promised myself to try on my Levis in size 16 tomorrow morning. They're normal 16s, not 16W, so we shall see. At least I hope to be able to get them further up my hips than last time I tried.

Carly, Thanks for making this thread. Since this is only my 2nd day on JUDDD my goal will be to not look at scales until the 4th of July and hopefully I will see it is working great. If I see it going up and down all the time I will go crazy.

Your chair problem. My little tv was viberateing when I was walking fast on treadmill. It kept trying to fall off my sewing machine so I put rubber shelf paper under it and it has not moved or mared my wood cabnit. Don't know the name mine is old but you can do all kinds of stuff with this other then line your kitchen shelfs. Great for holding wedding
cake in trunk too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 16s came all the way up over the hips! Of course, they won't button or zip, but maybe another 10 pounds and they will. I can't believe how small they made my thighs look, and by butt from behind. I can't wait to be in those! I doubt it'll happen by 4th of July, but at least I'm getting closer!

18s are fitting very nicely, and 20s are in the donate pile.

Well, I have the same pair in a 12, and they fit! By the end of the day, the thighs were baggy but the waist was not. I'm at 168.8 this morning so I think I'm losing differently than I did last time, as I was closer to a 10 at this weight before.

If the rest of June is as amazing as the first part, I may still make goal, but I expect a bit of a stall here as TOM approaches.

I have been stuck in the same range of a couple of pounds, so it will be down to the wire as to if I make my goal for Independence Day. (Just like an action movie--it always has to get down to the last seconds!)

Was very proud of myself last night. It was an Up Day, but I decided not to have some chocolate just before I went to bed. I was not hungry, had had a good amount of calories, just wanted the taste in my mouth. But I told myself, just because you CAN have anything on an Up Day, doesn't mean you HAVE to!

And I made it to my lowest post-Up Day weight so far this morning. Complete coincidence, more than likely, but I'll consider it my reward for a modicum of self-restraint.

What is going to be the next Challenge? Halloween? Four months seems kind of long, but there's no good holiday near the end of September. Unless we go for the Autumnal Equinox.
