I would like to give it a go please. My goal is to be under 200, anything under that. As well as really enjoy the July 4th BBQ!

Very interesting idea - goals for July 4th?

I would like to be out of the 170s. That would be 8 weeks and I need to drop 7 pounds. It sounds doable.

Just staying accountable. I weighed in at 173 today. Coming here more often is really helping me stay focused. 5 more lbs, 5 more lbs...that's all I'm focusing on!

Hope you're all enjoying the challenge too

My goal is to fit in to my hiking pants COMFORTABLY and this weekend I could get them buttoned and zipped but NO WAY could actually do anything in them. But it's feeling like an achievable goal!

Mini goal: I have a wedding to go to on Memorial Day weekend. I would like to be able to wear a nice dress without feeling like a cow. Kind of a vague goal but it is motivating me to get in as much exercise as I can manage this month!

My goal is to be maintaining at my 195 goal or below and working on increasing strength and body recomposition. That will be after a vacation in the middle of June so between when I get back and July 4th I will need to work off any vacation gain as well.

Wow you're all such a great inspiration! I would like to be at 160 or below - that means around a couple of pounds a week between now and the 4th July

Still working on my arms...not ready for a tank top yet The good news is I wore my pants from the last challenge today. I caught a glimpse of myself in the window of the restaurant we went to today and I looked pretty good if I don't say so myself

Well, I ended up buying them this weekend. The squish is still there, but not as bad. I wore them to work yesterday and they didn't cut off my circulation, but I did have to wear a loose shirt to camouflage the muffin top. And my butt looked great!

I wore a tank top under another shirt yesterday and took off the shirt to see how I looked in the mirror with just the tank top. I put my hands on my hips to see how my arm fat would hang LOL Wasn't too bad but I still wouldn't go out with just a tank top. Still got a ways to go!

Nah, I still have a bit of muffin to contend with, so I haven't reached my goal, but I'm getting there.

Any more progress on goals? I am still the same weight as I was when I posted my goal three weeks ago. I can do it - must stay positive. 7 pounds off by July 4th! I feel a whoosh coming on, I'm due!

Not much progress here. I'm wearing my 6Ls today, but my muffin top still needs to be camouflaged. Thank goodness for untucked blouses.

By 4th of July, I want those same 16's to be loose, and I want to be in my 14Ps! I'll see about before pics tomorrow - no promises though!

I haven't even tried on my 16s I wanted to be loose, much less my goal 14P Levis. I told myself I wouldn't even go there until I hit 199, and I've been hovering in the last decade of the 200s all this month. I realized that I'm wearing W sizes now, so not sure I can make regular Misses sizes as quickly as if they were Womens sizes, so I may have been overly optimistic in my goal.

Right now my 20Ws are looooooose. I have some 18W but they're elastic waist denim pants, not really jeans, and I haven't tried them on either since I don't like them, but I'll wear them during that in between time rather than buy any new ones. I guess I should try them on and see if my body has changed much, even though my weight hasn't dramatically gone down.

I'm on track for getting to 179 by Independence Day. Five more pounds to go, and all my pants are getting loose. I've tossed a couple of pairs, and am about to go buy the next size down.

I got a really cute suit at Target a couple of weeks ago. It's a halter tank (and actually long enough to cover my torso) and swim shorts. All my saggy bits are either supported or hidden pretty well.

I must have had a lapse of consciousness when I posted my goals here. Seems like I always think I'm going to be sooooo much smaller in a few months than I actually am. I seriously doubt I will be a 12 by July 4, but I'm going to try! I still can't wear my 14 jeans yet, so that would be good too.

I've lost 7 pounds since I set my Independence Day goal. I have 3 pounds to go. I'm so glad I actually went back and checked my journal. Been struggling all month with the scale. I know I'm losing inches and I am happy about that. Still it was nice to see that I've made progress.

I haven't measured in a while... not since the last post. I don't feel hopeful as I think my arms look as terrible as possible. DW tried to make me feel better by saying at least I don't weigh 200 pounds anymore... but it didn't really console me.

CarlyThat is not really the best compliment, lol, although I know DW means well.Have you talked to a personal trainer or even a doctor about what it might take to get your arms closer to how you want them to look? It might be worthwhile.

Most of my weight is in my hips and thighs. I bet I will have saggy, hanging skin in that area when I get to goal.My arms sag a little, but hopefully they won't be horrible when I lose more. We all have our problem areas, unfortunately. DW is right, at least you have gotten to goal!!

I know DW was trying to be supportive and bless her heart, because I know she thought she was complimenting me

I need a thigh lift as well as a tummy tuck and an arm job... Sigh, at least I took a brisk walk when I got home at 7:15pm. I love that about the spring and summer and long day light. I think I will go find the tape measure and see if I've made any progress.

My goal was to be able to wear my hiking pants. I haven't tried them on again but I did try on a couple of pairs of capri's that fit better than the last time I wore them. Keeps me hopeful.
My mini-goal was to find a nice dress to wear to a wedding - I did find one but since it was a cool weekend, I could keep my pudge hidden under a shawl so.. not sure it counts .
