BPC again?
What are your thoughts? Yesterday DD started off with a BPC and then just a dinner. It worked out great for me ... They really help me feel satisfied and enable me to not eat for a large amount of time. I want one every morning but I ope this would not stall me with to low of calories for such a long time! I would eat lunch and dinner as normal, but want to prevent a feeding frenzy in the morning of my UD. Last UD...umm I was out of calories by 11:30 :dunno: goodness me. Anyways would appreciate you alls advice!

I think any DD breakfast that you like can certainly be a part of the UD, too. The only warning sign would be getting bored with it, and if that's not happening and you feel it's healthy, go for it!

Ooohhhhh - bullet proof coffee! Now I get it! Sorry, it was early - didn't recognize that abbreviation and was thinking maybe Baked Potato Cold or something!

Sure, it just means you'd be putting most of your calories at later times of the day.

You can try both DD BPC, where you use only 1 teaspoon each of CO and butter for about 70 cals
and UD BPC where you use a tablespoon of each for about 220 cals.

I wonder if reducing the ingredients on a DD would work tho? As far as fending off hunger. I would be afraid to try it, and it fail. The benefits of it for fat burning is incredible, BU I really want to make sure I get enough protein. To do the BPC is to trick your body into continual fasting mode but provide your body with the fat so it doesn't recognize a fast break if that makes any sense?
