So, this is a DD for me while DH's DD involves a business dinner in a fairly swanky restaurant (I don't envy him because I really don't want to derail myself now I'm finally in the (admittedly high-end) 130s for the first time since 2009).

B: one whole egg, 20g of eggwhite powder (equivalent of 6 eggwhite), scrambled in scant 1/2tsp of coconut oil and served with 50g of tinned tuna (approx. 280kcals)

D: oxtail soup with added gelatine (approx 40kcals)

Truly hoping that I can manage this as it's quite a shock to go from 3 meals on a DD (with calories loaded towards dinner) to 1 meal, 1 snack-size meal and calories loaded onto breakfast.

Yesterday was an unintended slight UUAD, so I'm going to try an all-liquid fast day today. So far I have had my morning coffee with 1 tbsp creamer. I'm not particularly hungry today (gee, wonder why?) so hopefully it won't be a problem. The calories are there should I need them, so not going to worry about it.

Have a great day, all!!

D: Asian chicken stir fry & shirtake noodles. I can make an entire pan for ~400 cals that is then split 3 ways then add the chicken.
I'd rather do a potato day but the hubs got out the chicken & was kinda excited about making the stir fry so can accommodate!

Went over by about 600 calories on yesterday's UD. I really want to make this DD count. I'm going to have to get back to my bacon DDs. They always really help with losses. Right now I'm blaming TOM for EVERYTHING!

B: Hot tea
L: Coffee/HWC or FF Greek Yogurt, depending on how I feel
D: Pork Loin 4 oz, maybe a few green beans

Total around 380 (I hope)

Nothing but liquids so far. Not sure what I am going to break my fast with but something either late afternoon or early evening. Shooting for 200 calories or thereabouts - could be some plain yogurt, maybe a turkey burger, maybe Wendy's chili. I really can't decide. Munching right now on some chia seeds(not bad!) hoping they will expand in my belly and make actual food unnecessary LOL!

1 T of chia seeds has around 60-70 calories. You probably already know that, but just in case you didn't . . .

Thanks Dawn - I actually didn't know that but had just looked it up!! For some reason my app only has it by the ounce which is hard to estimate at my desk. I will count it in my total.

I had to Google it, and I only did so because I remembered they weren't a good DD bargain for me. I like them, but not enough to replace a big salad or similar for the same calories.

I soak 1T chia seeds in 1c unsweetened almond milk overnight in fridge in pint jars for a grab and go breakfast that lasts me all morning and has enough nutritional oomph for me to take my supplements. 100cal WIN
You can add three drops of flavored stevia if you want sweet or flavor for free.

Hey all,
Having a particularly difficult DD today. Had some food poisoning last night so I think I'm starting off this day with my tummy more empty than normal. I then had my first physical therapy appointment today and it was quite strenuous. I don't know ow you all work out on DD's?! Guess something else I need to get used too!

B: hard boiled egg, coffee w/ powder creamer 80
L: protein shake 110
S: miso soup and 2 magic pops 65
D: leftover taco soup from Monday 3 cups 126

Have about 110 left. Haven't decided if I'll use them (extra soup or Jello dessert) or keep it at another low low day.

Fudgsicle brand fudge pops are 40 calories a piece. I try to keep a box in the freezer! Bf loves them too, and he doesn't need to lose weight. When I see him scarfing them down I say, "You're eating my DD treats!!!"
