My first whoosh!

Oh boy oh boy oh boy, I finally got one! I had put on a record 7 lb. Easter binge. I hadn't even listed the amount, I was so downed about it. (I had a MD that turned into an UD, followed by two UUADs.) I listened to you wonderful JB's who encourage us about how forgiving JUDDD can be. I was certain that it would be at least two weeks to get back to where I had gotten, minimum. I've been strictly following rotations and had seen 5 of those Easter pounds come on off. Yesterday I did a very strict DD. I only had CO and SF syrup in coffee and some SF popsicles. This morning I was rewarded with a whopping 4 lb woosh -- the balance of the Easter fiasco plus an additional two pounds for a new JUDDD low for me!

Yes, I am delighted. However much more than that, so very very much more than that, I am sooooooo thankful to have you for such wonderful friends!!! In times past, trying to handle this "by myself", I would have likely become disgusted with myself and with JUDDD, and just given up. Buoyed by your successes, your encouragement and your confidence in JUDDD and in each other, a week and a half after the UHOH big UHOH, and all is well again.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, dear JB's. You can't even begin to know how much your sharing and encouragement helps us all.

Happy Dance for Kimmie!!!

Yep, experiencing 'JUDDD Forgives' is like stepping into the sunshine after a long, dreary winter. Yes, this forum redefines and elevates the concept of 'support' and rocks while doing so!

Woo Hoo, Kimmie! You deserve it! You've been very careful and attentive to your rotations. Holidays can be difficult, but the gains can be forgiven with JUDDD.

Does your info explain that you were diagnosed hypothyroid at age 8 or am I reading wrong?

All best wishes for more good rotations!

That's great! And I totally understand what you are saying. Juddd works, but I don't think I could have stayed with it this long(actually, I know I couldn't) if it weren't for all of the awesome juddd Budds and this website. So thankful

Yippee for Kimme! I had an out of control Easter extravaganza as well and the JB's told me the same thing. Hop back on plan and JUDDD is forgiving. Wasn't sure that would be the case for me though, but was happy to see I went up only 1.1. I've been back on strict rotation now for the past 4 days and now I'm back in the 140's again. Whew! I too am sooooo very thankful for the support and knowledge of the JB's! Keep on keepin on!
