Had a road trip yesterday and did not get home until 8:30ish. I had 1000 calories left at that point. Somehow managed to eat it all though :lol:
But do not suspect I will be hungry until around noonish, so:

Breakfast: XX
Lunch: Vegetable broth with chopped celery, carrots and cabbage = 50
Dinner: Sourdough cracker w/ PB2 = 70,
Sourdough cracker w/Choc. Better N PB= 135

+ 100 ozs water

Total = 255

Not planning to eat until 2. Have a head of cabbage and some frozen chicken strips, so it will be the cabbage/protein/salsa mix-up for me. Then a little plate of a few prunes, pistachios and a Cutie.

Nothing yet (2pm) but I did just finish a 5.5 mile walk! Trying to hold off eating so I can have a bit of fish and salad tonight if we go out to eat with the inlaws. If that is not in the plan I will probably do a veggie stir fry and try for a really low DD. BUT I have been craving a turkey burger. Might have that tomorrow though which needs to be a MD. So many decisions, so few calories LOL!!!

Nothing so far except black coffee. I'm making a pot of chicken, potato, carrot, bacon and spinach soup, it is very lo cal. May have some of that later.

It is about 140 calories per 1 and a half cup serving. I just made up the recipe today from things I had in the fridge. Saute 1 shredded carrot, 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 chopped onion, and 2 pieces of chopped bacon in 1 tablespoon of butter for about 10 minutes, then add 1/2 cup cubed potato salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and 1 cup chicken broth and simmer another 10 minutes. We're all doing good on this dd...yaaay..I have not eaten anything yet, and have some shrimp and salad to prepare soon...the soup sounds really good, Sher..I will give that a try for sure..thanks.:shake:

1st day back from vaca. Just having my sf/ff latte and making dinner for the family. (I will not eat any) Should be 170 cals for the day.

Had a great dinner last night, good dd today.

B-- lemon water, vitamins
L-- veggie soup 37cal
D-- steamed broccoli 100
Salmon 7oz
Cantaloupe 4oz
Daily total 451
More water, going to bed early. :)

Calling it a day at 205 calories. Earlier today I had 70 cals of greek yogurt and one clementine for 35 calories and a zucchini, onion, pepper, mushroom stir fry just now for dinner at 100 calories. Gotta leave the room now while my family enjoys gooey, cheesy, deep dish pizza. Just the smell is killing me!

This will taste much better than the light canned stuff I bought.
