question about switch rotation
Can I do a mid day after a down day to get back into my normal rotation? I had unexpected plans come up this past week and I ended up with 2 up days in a row. So I did a down day today but I have plans on monday and wed. So I need to get back in my normal rotation, so can I do a mid day tomorrow??? Thanks!!

It's feasible. I have found that I cannot do MDs, or at least not planned ones. My DD has turned into a MD once or twice, but planned MDs always turn into UDs for me.
Nothing wrong with that either, if you have the same problem. Just do two UDs and go back to rotations. |

It is best to do a MD after a DD. I hate them, but many people do fine with them. Like it was said a MD= 60% on Dr. J's calculator.
