1693/339 are my calculated numbers. Think I've been going a tinge over to like 1720 on the UD and like I mentioned earlier 125 to 200 on the DD.

I don't know if this was mentioned, but even if you up your DDs to 35% (or even just below maintenance) for a few days and still use your UD number, you're still JUDDD'ing. Who knows, might shake up your metabolism and you'll begin losing again.

I did this a couple of times, up to the maintenance number or just below, and still lost. Sometimes our bodies just need a break and appreciate when we give it one.

Well, I'm hoping since I've had some high UD's that maybe coming back with my low DD today I might see some downward movement. Or at least not have put on 4 lbs. from over indulging. So just maybe me going high on my past couple of UD's might be ok since I've had a good DD today.

Well I'm so pleased to report that I'm only up 1.1 pound after all of that. Was very reluctant to weigh, however, I felt I needed to "check in" and assess the damage so to speak. lol You guys were right on the money. JUDDD is very forgiving!

WOE: Moderate Carb JUDDD (Lost first 4 lbs on WW)
Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
Have I ever mentioned how I half-assed my way through this diet into losing more than forty pounds? Yeah. This is a forgiving WOE. Just start again every day.

Also, if you feel diet fatigue setting in, why not try a MWF rotation for a while so you have your weekends free?

That's awesome! I was almost relieved when I got back on the scale. Just gave me more confidence with this WOE! I have been thinking about the MWF rotation and throwing a MD on Sun.? Just to experiment! I wish I would've had JUDDD at 204! I was miserable just doing 1000 to 1200 EVERY day! It took me almost 2 years to get down to 150 that way, then I put back on almost 20. When I started JUDDD that 20 came back off and it was just crazy I was eating how I wanted to EOD. Still blows me away! But so happy about it!
