DD Friday: menu and plans

Fasting until tonight because we've been invited to friend's Balkan evening with various yoghurt demos and samplings - that will easily be my entire allotment for the day although I'm going to make sure that I don't go above 450kcals if I can (I strongly suspect that Balkan dairy products only come in the full-fat variety, no skimmed milk at all ).

So, tomorrow is definitely a MD to compensate a little although I hate doing that on a day with sports in like kayaking.

I hope to stay within goal today...yesterday was a munch fest of sorts. Way way way above I'd cals, but today is a new day right! I'm thankful for the newness of this day - waiting on new life (goat in labor) will keep all of us busy ))

Well, the bullet proof coffee didn't seem to have the same effect for me that it does for others. Or maybe I was just doomed to be hungry today. I had the coffee at about 10:00 a.m. and by 2:00 p.m. I was pretty hungry so that's only 4 hours. I think I do better eating nothing at all, however, one day doesn't really prove anything does it? I will have to try it again, today may have been just one of those days.
