April Weekly Weigh In Thread
 
I know Hot-in-Texas has gone back to Daily weighing, but I still think a weekly weighing thread is a good idea.
I know its not for everyone, but its nice to have another option for those of us who cant get on as much (hand up), only need a weekly weigh in while maintaining, have a love/hate relationship with the scales ( both hands up) or slow losers where the scales move ever so slowly. (ran out of hands, looks @ leg..um maybe not)
I love the daily weighing thread, but it gets so busy Its easy to get lost there & having looked around this is still the best Juddd forum with the most supportive juddbuds on the net. :)

Feel free to join in.. my weigh in day will be a Sunday as I'm doing MWF <400 TThSu <1800 Sat ID 950-1150

End of March~~~~100.05 kg = 222lbs = 15 stone 12 lbs~~~~ April Goal 4lbs ~ WI sunday

Hey Dee! Glad we can keep track of each other's progress here! I will be weighing in after Saturdays or Fridays(whichever is after a DD) I'm weighing daily to keep myself on track but reporting weekly :) Today I was back down to my last weekly weigh in number after falling of the wagon for 5 days, so hoping Sat will be slight bit lower or at least not higher!

:dunno: On 4/2 I had a decent UD (1720 ish) and on 4/3 I had a great DD of (120):confused: Maybe a little Easter indulgence is lingering.

I'll do my weekend-after-an-Up-Day weights. Last weekend was back in March, but I'll throw my March 30th weight out there for a starting point:
195.0

I am into my fifth week, and now that the start-of-diet whoosh is past, I am looking for an average of 1 pound per week.

Hi everyone!

I'm also in.

I've been on a maintenance break for the last 6 weeks as I became weary with dieting (even though juddd is not like other diets, it's still a diet of sorts) and I dislike daily weigh-ins after UD's so weekly weigh-ins suit me very much :)
Also after this diet break I just had, I feel refreshed and I know I can handle a few more months of DD's till I get to goal.

April 4th 2013 : 162.2 lbs

Now that I'm in maintenance I only weigh in on Tuesdays and Fridays, but count Fridays as my official weigh in for the week (after my only dd of the week).

My maintenance range is 133-135lbs and my weigh in this morning was 133.5lbs :up:

Mom23kids- I'm curious. Do you have a specific weight that would set off a diet response for you? Or a planned response? As in, 'if I get up to 137, I add an extra fasting day until I am back to 133 for two weeks'.

Well, tomorrow will be the first "official" weight since mixing WW and JUDDD. Since I don't usually come to boards on the weekends, I hope I remember to post! And hope I see some progress. If I don't, it might be time for me to give up JUDDD. :(

So far I've been able to stay in my maintenance range with one 700-900 md on Mondays and a 500-600 dd on Thursdays. But my back up plan, if my weight after my Thursday dd was over 135 (even 135.5), is I'd throw in another dd on that Saturday to correct the bounce. And if I was still having a bounce, go to eod rotations until I'm back in my maintenance range :)

Good morning and happy Saturday to all. UD for me today, yayyyyyy.

3-23-13 started JUDDD at 187
3-30-13 1st week weigh in 185, 2 pounds down
4-6-13 2nd week weigh in 181, 4 pounds down

TOM being gone in week two helped and I think that starting lemon water on Wednesday of this week helped as well.

Luuuuuuuuuuuvvvvvvv JUDDDD. :)

:hiya: I'm back to doing 4:3, along with South Beach for weight loss. Sat. is my official weekly weigh-in day.

M-W-F = 400 / T-TH-S = 1600 / Sun. = 1000

3/30 ~ 145
4/06 ~ 146.5

When I get within 5 lbs. of my goal, I'll switch to 5:2 for maintenance. Hopefully by this summer. :aprayer:

I made it in - on a Saturday! Looks like we've all got good news - even me! I managed to make it to my siggy loss, so although I didn't bust through to a new low, I'm thrilled. :jumpjoy: Now I'm debating on not getting near the Metal Monster until next week or do a bi-weekly check in. :)

It's so great to visit this thread and read about everyone's successes. After two UDs that were almost double (Tuesday and Thursday), yesterday was my first UD that was at the recommended cals. My DDs have been on target. So, hoping to see a loss tomorrow. :)

April 7- 191.0

I am very pleased. This is the week I usually drop a couple of pounds due to my cycle, but that is still an extra pound or two. Yay! My next weigh-in will be on a Saturday, so 6 days, instead of 8. Hoping for another pound, but meanwhile, I'll enjoy these. I am into a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear with comfort for 2 years. :)

I like the looks of your rotation schedule!:high5: I was thinking of coming over to 5:2 with you guys. I'm about 15 lbs to goal. I've been wondering however where in the world to set my UD calories at?:dunno: 1600 sounds about right though. I'm 5'6" as well and right at 149/150. Hoping to get between 130 and 135. Will have to see how it goes.

I'm planning on 5:2 for maintenance, but I think I need the discipline and (relatively) faster weight loss of EOD right now. I have finally gotten to the point where I think I can be happy with one pound per week. I don't want it to get any slower than that.

Although I have heard that the results are just as good for 5:2, I don't know that I 'believe' it in my heart of hearts. And heck, if it's not broke, don't fix it!

JMBM- sometimes a small gain is even better than a loss. You just feel so grateful that it wasn't worse. A loss makes you think your scale must be broken. :)
