S: Probably a protein bar, after the gym
B- bacon, eggs, coffee with HWC and CO
L- ground hamburger with a slice of cheese, mayonnaise and mustard
S- Salmon and a salad
Yay UD! I'm ready!
B: Coffee/HWC, extra sharp cheddar cheese
L: Taco meat, salsa, sour cream
S: Fresh pineapple
D: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, some kind of veggie, something with vodka
The UD's have been really hard for me lately so maybe if I plan better it will help.
B: diet ginger ale, apple
L: Turkey sandwich on wheat with light mayo, cheese and veggies, 5 small corn chips
S: tbsp peanut butter
D: Planning steak tacos but that doesn't sound appealing so we will see
B-subway foot long bacon, egg white, and cheese flat bread sandwich with lite mayo 800 calories.
L-Wendy's small chili with crackers, jr. cheeseburger(ketchup, mayo, pickle), and value fries 830 calories
D-I think I might repeat lunch, it was really good today! That would give me a total of 2460 calories
